The location is in great proximity to both W-S and Clemmons, including both the Hanes Mall area and Lewisville-Clemmons Rd. The house is spotless and as advertised. We cooked in, and took advantage of many restaurants within a short drive or quick delivery. A very quiet and safe neighborhood off of Stratford Rd. Paula and John are excellent hosts with quick responses. Thank you both for everything!!!!!

My stay at Amy and Jake's Konnoak Studio was wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. Their kindness and hospitality made my trip special. The studio was exactly as described—cozy, clean, and well-equipped. It was a peaceful retreat in a quiet neighborhood, yet downtown Winston-Salem was easily accessible. Thoughtful touches like the Brita water filter were much appreciated! Amy's restaurant recommendations were spot-on, and Jake's suggestion of the Salem Lake Trail made my daily jogs a highlight of my trip. The location was perfect for exploring, with easy access to downtown and major highways. I highly recommend Amy and Jake’s Konnoak Studio for a comfortable and welcoming stay. This place was perfect! Great location, clean as a whistle, easy to find, plenty of amenities and a super friendly and responsive host. I read some reviews about the bed being unstable and I couldn’t disagree more; the bed was sturdy as can be with plenty of clean pillows, linens and blankets. I honestly couldn’t think of anything else we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thanks Jake for a wonderful stay!
