The owner responded so kindly and made a reservation for a taxi to the last airport. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet, so it was very helpful to get a good night's sleep. The bed sheets were fluffy and soft compared to other accommodations, so it was the best accommodation because you could feel the cleanliness.

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room for our 4 adults & 2 children. It was very clean & had most everything we needed. The host was very responsive whenever we had questions. The only thing we were disappointed in was there is no oven & we had planned to bake Christmas cookies with the kids.

Oto’s place is perfect for groups of friends or families visiting Tbilisi! The house has everything you need, and we were lucky to spend New Year’s Eve here with an amazing panoramic view of the fireworks and city. It’s in such a convenient spot in the old town, making it easy to explore all the historical sites. So much history, charm, and character! We’re so grateful to have experienced the city while staying here.

Cozy apartment in the old part of the city, 5 minutes walk to sulfur baths and cafes. Quiet place, cute enclosed yard and friendly cats. We liked it, thanks for the hospitality!

Great location, easy access, easy access, quiet at night, washing machine, clothes rack, pots and pans, air conditioning, gas heater, etc.The sleeping bed is made up of a pull-out large sofa bed and two small three folding sofa beds that are not as comfortable as a formal bed, even if the request is not high.

Great location (literally on the main street of the city), but calm, I didn’t meet the host but the housekeeper was very friendly and responsive, comfortable room and affordable price. Highly recommend!

Stayed at Natia's place for 15 days!Overall still very nice, clean and tidy and Natia was very responsive.The lack of the US and China was that the elevator for 10 days during the stay was in repair state and the heater needed 2 repairs (basically it would be nice the same day). Would recommend!

Wonderful week here! The location is great! Just a 1-minute walk from Rustaveli. Within 4 minutes, you can reach a grocery store & Charm Thai, a restaurant with the most delicious Tom Kha Gai (chicken coconut soup). The Peace Bridge is about a 15–20 minute walk away & really I just had everything I needed :) The apartment was perfect for winter, with a comfortable temperature. It was clean, & the open kitchen had all the amenities. The Host thoughtfully provided bottles of water, a bottle of wine, & some of the most delicious ganache chocolate! The Wi-Fi was excellent & strong enough for work & video conference calls, which I greatly appreciated. It was also easy for Bolt Taxis to find. Though directly facing a wall, the balcony was spacious with lovely plants & comfy seating; you could see the town & sky from the sides. Note There are steps to reach the building & elevator, which might be tricky with heavy luggage or a wheelchair. Nonetheless, excellent host & a lovely stay❤️MADLOBA!
