Anna always responded quickly and allowed extra arrival and departure times. The apartment is in a quiet location of Tbilisi, shops are within walking distance. It's close to the old town and Sameba Cathedral. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, it had everything you need, incl. Hair dryer, first aid kit, sewing gear, toothbrushes... I would recommend the apartment at any time.

Still one of the best apartments in the city. We will be glad to come back again!

I stayed here for about a week – cooked, worked, and rested. The location is convenient: grocery stores, the city center, and restaurants are within walking distance. Taxis arrive quickly, and food delivery works well. Overall, I liked everything, but a few things could make the stay even more comfortable: sharper knives, removing cookware that isn’t compatible with the induction stove (as it can be confusing), a shower curtain or bath mat, and more ambient lighting for the evenings. That said, the place is cozy and convenient, so I’d still recommend it! 😊

The building and the surroundings where the apartment is located are very modern comparing to other areas of Tbilisi city The apartment is exactly as it is on the pictures and matches the description. There is a very nice view from the balcony. The host is very responsive and friendly. There are very nice shops, cafes, fitness clubs, parks, etc nearby

Our experience in this property was perfect! The house is beautiful, very comfortable and well equipped. There is a coffee machine in the kitchen and all needed items for nice vacation The view was incredible! The host was polite and responded to me very quickly I definitely recommend to spend at least couple of days at this house

Such a lovely location, nestled in a small village surrounded by snow clad mountains. At a walkable distance to lot of restaurants and grocery stores. The cottage is one of the three A frame cottages. It has a private entrance. Downstairs is living room cum kitchen and a bathroom. A standalone bathtub is the highlight. The first floor has two bed rooms. The place was spotless, in pristine condition and all amenities were top notch. A small sit out area in the front was the activity zone....with two cats and a dog making frequent visits to socialize. The area turns magical after snow fall. Nik is a wonderful, hardworking person. He was there to receive us and gifted us a bottle of super Georgian wine. He even arranged a taxi for us to visit Gergeti Church. We spent three whole days in the cottage and were blessed by sunshine, mist, snowfall on various days. Didn't have a single dull moment staying inside. The views are simply stunning.

I came with my parents and my daughter. Tato's mother was waiting for us outside the building. She is very nice and we felt like home during our stay. If you are coming with family. This is the place. Thank you tato and specially your mom. Pls give my love and warm regard. We will come back soon.

Ani’s place had the most stunning view, and amazing ambience! So close to cute restaurants, historical landmarks, and beautiful lookout points. I wish we never had to leave, it really elevated my friends and my Tbilisi experience!
