Great communication and flexibility from Jewel which we really appreciated. The house was clean and well stocked. Our big family including 2 dogs didn’t have many options but we got so lucky to find Jewels place as it accommodated us all. Lovely stay and a big thanks from us xx

We had an amazing time staying in this super comfortable home. Furnishings are beautiful inside and the beds were super comfy. It was central to both Noosaville and Noosa Heads was only a short drive. Very easy to get around from this central location. Thank you. Highly Recommend.

Wendy’s place was great, we truly enjoyed our stay. We are a family with three kids and it was amazingly accommodated for the kids with toys and bikes and so on. Had everything we needed in beautiful surroundings and house was so clean.

We really enjoyed our stay and will be recommending to friends! Beautiful house and furnishings in a peaceful bush setting, and the location was a short enough drive to the coast that we could visit a different beach every day. Sally was a lovely and generous host, who made us feel very welcome. Special highlight was the bush tucker walk!

Great house for a large group or 2 families like we had. Pool was good for a dip after the beach, but more a plunge than a big family affair. Good facilities in a decent house otherwise, rooftop spot is lovely for a quiet drink (and we’d rate the idea of getting one of the many local private chef’s in for a night, house is well set up for this!) Area is quiet suburban, 5 min drive to anything needed but probably not super walkable - that said, sunshine beach SLC is sensational, we drove to Noosa almost every day without a hassle, loads of shops & whatever you need is easily accessible. Kerriann was fantastic to deal with, super fast & helpful in comms.

Magnificent location and a very well designed house. Well equipped, although some of the living room facilities are getting a little tired. We had some maintenance issues but the manager responded well and they were addressed. Will be returning.

This was our second stay at Rita’s - we had a wonderful time again. Such a beautiful spot to stay with our dog. We enjoyed a gorgeous sunrise this morning from the mountain top!

Nina’s place is absolutely beautiful. Short distance from everything Noosa has to offer, but also very peaceful and secluded, surrounded by great views and nature. The cabin itself is so thoughtfully and tastefully designed, and has everything needed for short or longer stays. Nina and Nick were great hosts, always very communicative, and we had everything we needed from minute 1. We’ll 100% stay again whenever we’re in the area.

we had a great time staying here the location was perfect, we didn't use our car all week as we could walk to everything we needed, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. we did have a slight issue checking in as the lock box was jammed and we couldnt access keys for a while however Courtney did everything she could to make up for the issue and provided another lock box during our stay. she was more then accommodating and kind and we had communications throughout our stay. I would highly recommend Courtney's property and herself as a host. we will be back for sure :D thank you.

We absolutely loved our stay great location, walkable to Hastings street. Pool and gym were great and also went to the cafe on Sunday morning which had great coffee. Perfect stay when in Noosa highly recommended.

Our stay was the perfect stop over on a busy schedule of camping, hiking and mountain biking throughout the glasshouse mountains, and national parks around the Sunshine Coast making our way back to Cairns, At such short notice Air b&b came through with flying colours!, Stopping in on a bit of luxury was definitely worth it The apartment was presented immaculately, and the welcome bottle of wine and serine outlook, and the cosy feel instantly set us into relax mode. Easy walking access to the beach, restaurants, bars and no need to drive was a plus, Marlen and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we managed to re charge, wash and dry all our clothes, and would recommend this apartment to others looking to escape or to reset. There aren’t enough words to describe how perfect Melissa’s place was. There were 3 of us adults and a toddler and the apartment was spacious enough for everyone. Aside from the incredible location on Hastings St being 1 min walk from the beach, you are spoilt with lovely restaurants and shopping. The Mantra has a great pool too, perfect for kids. Melissa’s hospitality was fantastic, she was very responsive to all our questions and helpful in all aspects. We are counting down the days to visit Melissa’s apartment again next summer. 5 stars ⭐️

Lovely apartment conveniently located near the beach with a 20mins walk

We enjoyed a 16 day stay. The place was easy to find with good instructions prior to check in. The place had everything you’d need and more. Helpful having beach towels and picnic blankets available. Great location in walking distance to shops and the beach etc.

We loved our 5 night stay! The apartment is beautifully appointed with everything a couple needs for a great stay. Hank and Hailz were super communicative not that we ever felt a need to reach out. Secure car parking, great location, excellent facilities within the complex. Friendly tenants and care staff. Bocca restaurant next door is excellent and the Market wine store world class. all in all 10/10

The place was stunning. The unit itself has everything you could ask for, and the view from the balcony is unbelievable. The location is great for access to a couple of different beaches, and also to restaurants. The unit comes with a beach shade tent, some beach chairs, etc. Very useful. Through phone problems of my own I had some difficulties getting messages prior to arrival, but Melissa was proactive and made it easy. Caloundra is a gem. I live on the other side of the world, but would love to make it back!

I would highly recommend booking a holiday at Theresa's penthouse at Sunshine Beach. It is modern, bright, tastefully furnished, well equipped, and the views are amazing. The plunge pool is a luxurious and relaxing spot to take in the panoramic ocean views and watch the afternoon sun set. The location of the unit is perfect as it is only a 5-10 minute walk to the shops, cafes, restaurants and the Surf Club. The ideal holiday destination in one of the most naturally beautiful beaches in the country.
