Monthly Rentals in Mount Sutro

We stayed at Ilya's place several times in the past years. Its location, cleanliness and spaciousness are reasons we come back. We also appreciate host's timelines in response to our questions requests. We will be back again next time we visit SF.

Great views and a well-appointed little place in a neighborhood I never even knew existed. Hosts are attentive and helpful.

What a wonderful place to stay! We visit San Francisco several times a year. Cole Valley is our favorite neighborhood to stay in. You can easily get anywhere either by walking or by public transportation. Lots of convenient options. The studio is large and very comfortable with an excellent bed; a nice, well-equipped kitchen; and agreat shower. Best of all, though, is the host who is kind, friendly, and a great communicator. She checked in periodically to see how we were doing, offered assistance, and responded promptly to questions. We felt right at home and look forward to going back.

As a new arrival in San Francisco, I used Margaret's apartment as my temporary home for a month while I searched for more permanent housing and loved my time there. I loved being a short walk from Cole Valley's assortment of local businesses (especially my old lunchtime ritual of enjoying sandwiches from Luke's Local on the backyard deck). Margaret is also one of the more helpful and understanding hosts I've had!
