We loved Howard’s place. It is secluded and magical. The home exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely be back. Be aware that when the weather calls for a “dusting” in the winter, you’ll likely get much more snow as it’s truly high country! It was beautiful and just like a winter wonderland!!! We can’t wait to go back.

My friends and I loved our stayed at Louis’s cabin, it was super cute and since we were going snowboarding the mountains were like 30min away from the cabin which was perfect! I would 100% recommend this cabin:)

I stay in quite a few cabins a year and this one is MY FAVORITE so far. This Florida girl went for a weekend solo trip with my dog and it was PERFECTION. The host was extremely helpful & responsive. It was my first time in the snow driving, we hit the winter vortex storm on the way up, and man it was breathtaking. I used my chains, and my 4x4 the whole weekend and had ZERO issues. The HOTTUB WAS PERFECTION!!! This place is out of a hallmark movie honestly. I have nothing negative to write. The outside lights were on when i got there and it was such a beautiful moment for me. I will absolutely be back again, and I hope when i do it's snowing again. The creek and the waterfall were added perks, walking down the snow covered road.... an absolute dream weekend. Thank you so much for sharing your space. IT was everything, I wish i could have stayed longer.

My husband and I stayed here for a friends wedding that was in the area. The home is exactly as listed. Much more house than just the two of us really needed, but it was wonderful to have two bathrooms for getting ready. The space is very clean and tidy. I loved that our pets were welcome as well! It was nice to see deer in the front yard and be remote, but just a 15 min drive to resturants ans shops. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

We visited during an unexpected winter storm. The drive was difficult to get to, and I highly recommend four wheel drive if you are going in the winter because you never know to expect in Boone. Jen was quick to respond on our questions and incredibly helpful! The cabin has an immaculate view of the sunrise, one made even more beautiful with the snow on the ground. I highly recommend staying here!

We recently stayed at Tom’s cabin for a birthday celebration weekend and had a blast! The cabin was easy to find (even in the snow storm), the roads in the neighborhood were continually cleared, and we were close to town. Everyone in our party had plenty of space to spread out if we wanted, or gather all in one area if we wanted. The furniture was comfortable, bedding was great quality, and the kitchen had everything we needed! Tom was extremely responsive when we had questions or updates, and was always extremely kind. We loved the cabin and would stay again!

Tania & Greg's place was easily accessible with 4-wheel drive. As noted in the listing, the driveway is quite steep, but it had been maintained well enough that my Bronco Sport's 4WD handled it without any issues. The home was exactly as described, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of the shoe dryers—such a nice detail! The house was clean overall, though we did notice a few beer bottles left near the hot tub from a previous guest. We took care of those to avoid any confusion with the cleaning fee. The hot tub appeared clean as well, though we didn’t get the chance to use it during our stay. Tania & Greg’s place offers stunning views, tasteful decor, and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. We made some wonderful memories here and can’t wait to return!

This was by far the best cabin experience I’ve ever had! Very private, great views, the place was super clean. The host was very helpful, gave us detailed instructions on how to get there. Will for sure be back!

This was our second stay at this property. Same as before, the cabin was simply perfect! We have definitely found our regular spot to stay when visiting family in the area.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Husky Hideaway! It was a beautiful space and perfect for myself, fiancé, and dog. All of the restaurants and activities we were interested were easily accessible from this spot. This space was very clean, cozy, and modern while still maintaining a rustic cabin feel. Would absolutely stay again!

Matt and Sara’s cabin in Beech Mountain is a perfect getaway! The space is incredibly cozy and even more charming in person than in the photos. The highlight is the porch overlooking a peaceful creek, where we enjoyed spotting deer during our stay. It’s clear they’ve put great care into making this a relaxing and memorable retreat. Highly recommend!

Quiet, serene location for a cute little cabin. The creek runs right along the drive making the trip in as peaceful as the front porch of the cabin itself.

We had a great stay here. My favorite part was exploring the surrounding woods on the property. If you're looking for somewhere secluded and peaceful in nature, without having to camp, this is your spot! The town of Galax is an easy drive away, with several small town diners, pubs, and shops.

This was an amazing place to stay, quiet and peaceful. This is a great place to stay if you want to bond as a family, it’s close enough to both beech mtn and sugar mtn, if you love to explore there is plenty of it just on the property itself. The hot tub is amazing, they have everything you need for cooking your own meals, board games. Without a doubt we will be back for our next ski trip, pay attention to when they say a 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended! Thank you all for a wonderful experience

An excellent place to lay your head and relax. We came for Thanksgiving week and spent most of our time away with family, but the evenings were still something special by the fireplace or in the loft.

Everything was as advertised and so much more. Nature is from edge to edge. In the morning watch grazing deer, afternoons sightings of retail hawks and peregrine falcons. and during the evenings every star in the universe all from wrap around porch. You could soak this all in or take day trips to one of surrounding towns, like West Jefferson, Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk and be back before sun set. Communication is direct and very responsive if you have any issues, or want to book a farm tour. I will recommend this cabin to all of my family, friends and business associates.

This cabin is close to everything you need in Damascus, but we were so surprised with how private and secluded we felt! The cabins are tucked away off the main road, and there is a privacy tree buffer which adds to the woodsy feel. Although we had neighbors in the adjacent cabin, we could not see or hear them - the decks have great privacy screening. The back deck was by far our favorite place! It is incredibly spacious and we loved the 3 different seating options - swing, rocking chairs, or pub chairs & table. We walked down to the creek and had fun wading. It was wonderful to see and hear the creek and the cows from the deck. The screen door allowed us to sleep with the deck door open so we could hear the creek all night. It was heavenly! The cabin had everything we needed and was super clean. The jacuzzi tub was awesome after a day on the Creeper Trail. We were here two nights in September and had a perfect stay!

The house was BEAUTIFUL inside and out. Clean and Cozy. A little tough getting up the steep road to the house in a van but we made it but We had a great time. Sitting on the deck and just listening to the birds and the peace and quiet was so relaxing. My parents are getting on up in age and they love the mountains and we made some precious memories here. Tamara and Steve were very responsive to a minor problem and it was corrected very quickly. Thank you Tamara and Steve. And of course we enjoyed the Antique stores in West Jefferson. Although West Jefferson could use some good restaurants. Not much to choose from. We loved Hillbillys for breakfast and lunch but there was not much to choose from at supper unless you went to a bar or pub. At 85 Dad & mom didn't care for that. Other than that we had a great time.

We can't say enough about how much we loved this place. Amazing location, across the street from the entrance to Beech Mountain Ski resort. So quiet, cozy, and comfortable. Denise was probably the most responsive and accommodating host we've ever communicated with. She really cares about her guests and wants them to enjoy their stay. We stayed a week, working, snowboarding, cooking, all the things, and didn't want to leave. We come up often and have stayed at a lot of airbnb's in the area. This may be our new favorite. Can't wait to come back.

We had a great time visiting Endless Views. Neal was great and easy to communicate with. The property is very easy to get to via paved roads a short ways inside a nice gated community. The location is close to a lot of amenities. Our family felt very comfortable by the gas fireplace with nice mountain views. The beds are very comfortable with cozy linens. The house was very clean. We took a day to go snowtubing at Hawks Nest and another day hiking off of the blue ridge parkway. There is a lot to do nearby and we look forward to going back, thanks!

Beautiful cabin. It is very cozy and feels like your home away from home. It can be a little chilly but will warm up quickly with a fire and space heater. We saw deer outside the main bedroom on our first night and could watch the birds nesting in the trees from the deck. We also had a great view of the stars on clear nights. You can hear the creek across the road but it looks like it is on private property so we did not go exploring. The cabin is in a very secluded area so expect a drive if planning on sightseeing. Activities in Burnsville can be found between 10-30 minutes away and the closest hiking with marked/easy to moderate the trails was located about 45m away in the Pisgah National Forest or along the BRP. I would especially recommend staying here when daylight hours are longer to allow for not just sightseeing, but also for spending time out on the deck in the cabin. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
