We stayed two nights here and couldn't have been more pleased. The whole family are super helpful and incredibly welcoming. They made some fantastic recommendations for food and drink as well, and booked our taxi from the airport for us. They invited us to watch them harvest their coconuts, opened a few of them and dropped them up for us to enjoy. What a touch! The pool is fantastic! Everything was so clean and tidy. Couldn't recommend them high enough! Will definitely stay again!

Loved the place the view was amazing .. h can watch the sun rise and sun set from your bedroom .. will always keep going .. loved evey min there .. security is extemly good and the caretaker lady was very sweet ..

This is my second stay within three weeks. That’s said it all. The accommodation itself is like at home. Great restaurants nearby and with good transport link. Top it all, the host is very helpful and always treated you like his friend. Thanks for all your help Ranjit (Osh’s dad). Looking forward to staying at yours next time.

This is a wonderful apartment in Mount Lavinia. It has everything you need. Security staff are on hand 24 hours. Lovely views and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Susan is a wonderful host and i will definitely stay here when next in Sri Lanka.

I had an amazing experience staying at this place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just 2 minutes away from the beach. Shazmin was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The little touches, like [mention anything special—welcome snacks, local recommendations, extra toiletries], made my stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Colombo

We made Araliya our home base for the month of February, coming and going depending on our itinerary. We loved our stay at the house, which is located in a quiet residential area but close enough to the bustle of Colombo. The rooms/bathrooms were spacious and clean, the living room area was airy and comfortable, and the pool was nice. Being able to use the clothes washer was great as we had a little one. The hosts were courteous and responsive to questions we had about the house/stay. What made this home absolutely exceptional is Lalith the caretaker. He cooked delicious meals, prepared tea/coffee, made sure that the essentials (water, etc.) were supplied, helped with organizing taxis if needed, and was considerate to my family when they visited the house. We truly appreciated his care and will miss his homemade crab curry! We highly recommend this place.

A beautiful, tranquil, and lush hidden sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of Colombo city. Just a short tuk-tuk ride into town, yet within walking distance of local eateries, grocery stores, and parks. Channa was an amazing host—kind-hearted and generous, welcoming both guests and animals alike into his home. We loved Sudu, the gentle house dog, and the cats that frequently visited. There’s also a family of owls, a variety of birds, and fruit bats. Channa guided us through his home, sharing his stunning gallery and local knowledge with so much warmth and care. He went above and beyond with keeping things stocked, tidying common spaces and even helping organise our anniversary flowers. The space itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and functional, with plenty of towels, bedding, and a fully equipped kitchen. My husband and I stayed at Channa’s for a month and felt perfectly at home. If you’re thinking about staying here—do it. You won’t regret it!

Great place to stay in Colombo! Walking distance to the beach where you can make wonderful morning walks, infinity pool at the roof and lots of restaurants and shops closeby. Would definitely stay here again!
