Monthly Rentals in Mount Ivy

Being my first Airbnb experience I wasn’t sure what to expect. The description and photos perfectly describe the place, there are no surprises. Maria provided instructions to find the place and even messaged during my stay to ensure everything was ok. This place fit my needs perfectly, close to family, pets allowed and very walkable. The unit was very clean with basic items such as coffee pods and snacks just in case you forgot or didn’t have any. I would definitely stay there again if the need arose.

The bed was warm, which was great on a cold night. Plus the kitchen was great and shower solid. It was an easy walk into town, which was exactly what I wanted. The air in the apartment was a bit chilly on a frigid day cause the (impressive) electric heater could only do so much in the space — especially with no doorway to the space. (The door is downstairs and then you walk up.) Another heater or curtain on the stairs would likely solve it.

Jody's place was amazing. She's very friendly and proactive in providing advice. The place was exactly as described in the pictures. We loved it and will definitely be back!

This was our third stay at this Little haven by the woods, and it was perfect, as always. Such a cozy little garden apartment that has everything we need. We especially enjoy the huge park practically right outside our door and went hiking there with our dog every morning. The apartment is in the perfect location, close to the train station to NYC, as well as many of the nearby hiking trails, breweries, and shopping in the Hudson River Valley. We can't wait to return!
