You live in the farm but just feel in city.

This is hands down the best Airbnb to stay at while visiting Auckland! The view from the deck is absolutely stunning—you can watch the most beautiful sunsets right from the comfort of your stay. The place was spotless, fully stocked with everything you might need, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts were absolutely lovely—super welcoming and checked in a few times to make sure everything was perfect. They were always ready to help out if needed. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Auckland!

Such a beautiful home! Had the best time with my family. Very well catered! House is spotless. Easy check-in! Sandy is such a great host! Rooms are big and comfortable. Enough space for a big family. We’ve stayed at numerous Airbnbs around the world over the past years and by far, Rosie’s place was the best place we’ve ever stayed in! Beautiful, spacious, clean, and relaxing home. We have a family of four, with two young kids and they were completely happy. We were able to have movie nights, explore all the amazing sights around the area, and even have them complete their homework in the evenings. There’s a nice beach within a 3 minute walk and numerous restaurants within the same walking time-frame. Rosie was very responsive, provided numerous amenities, and offered flexible check-in/out times. If you want a true, authentic feel of what it’s like to live in the Auckland area, Rosie’s place is the place for you.

This accommodation was outstanding, the best airbnb we have stayed in. Location was perfect for our needs. Instructions were spot on and Joanne responded to communications extremely quickly. Everything we could want was at the accommodation including fully stocked tea, coffee, milk… and even some treats. The rooms were very spacious and the furniture very comfy and cool. Excellent 👌

Wonderful location on Waiheke Island with beautiful views and great outdoor amenities. Walkable to restaurants and stores. The house itself was comfortable and well stocked. Brad left a nice bottle of wine. We did let Brad know that the house did not seem to have been professionally cleaned before we arrived. We didn’t let that ruin our trip and still had a great time on the island.
