Monthly Rentals in Moulton Chapel

Room 3 is a fantastic room. It's clean cosy and warm place with great bed and shower. There was fresh milk and water in the fridge, coffee, hot chocolate some treats etc. This is my second stay in Val's place and I'll definitely book again when I am back in the area. And what a lovely lady Val is :) Highly recommend.

We really liked The Nest and very much enjoyed our stay! I will be honest and say that our first impressions of the surrounding area weren't great as the area around Spalding seemed a bit industrialised and the property is quite near a very brightly lit junction of the A16. However, we soon realised that this wouldn't impact our stay at all! (So don't be put off is what I am trying to say, if you google map the area!) The immediate surroundings are peaceful and quiet and the property is surrounded by a riverbank and trees which shield the house very well: especially I would imagine in Summer. Inside the property was lovely - very calm and tranquil, beautifully clean and well decorated and furnished. Furthermore, countryside is in abundance when you venture further up Marsh Road. We will definitely look to book again next time we are visiting friends in he area. Also loved the welcome hamper - very much appreciated!

We stayed here as we had a wedding to attend at Whaplode Manor. The cabin is so beautiful and we really enjoyed our weekend here. It’s even better than the photos show, it’s very clean and has lots of lovely little touches! We also went on the boat which was a very fun little extra! I would really recommend this place to anyone and would love to visit again in the future!

This is our second visit to Michelle and Steve's apartment. We returned because we knew that we would have a great experience in a beautiful and comfortable place. Michelle and Steve go above and beyond in their attention to detail and the amenities that they offer. As we have family in Spalding we hope to be able to use this apartment frequently. Thank you for making our visit so special again.
