Beachfront holiday rental in Mossy Point

We love everything about this home away from home. Great for kids and dog. Inside has everything you need and as a big dog owner, the secure back yard is great. We’ll be back (again).

Incredible two weeks at Doug’s stunning beach house! The house had everything we needed with lots of high end additions to make it truly luxurious. So comfortable for our family and fur babies. Relaxing on the beautiful roof top enjoying the views was a highlight at the end of each day. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at the beach shack with our four year old, our six year old, and our pooch. “Shack” is the right description- this place is petite, for sure - but it’s super charming. Highlights were the gorgeous welcome hamper waiting for us on arrival, together with generous necessities in the fridge; the abundance of fun gear and equipment (canoe, stand up paddle boards, boogie boards, snorkel gear, loads of ball games, books…); the outdoor fire pit and big green lawn by the beach; the sweet little sheltered bay the cottage is on; and just the overall cosy retro vibe. We made great memories playing soccer on the grass, toasting marshmallows virtually on the beach, and sleeping to the sound of lapping waves. The area had a really nice vibe too - low key, peaceful people, with a good coffee shop within walking distance.

We had a lovely stay. It’s only a 10 -15 min walk to the local coffee shop and a dog friendly beach. We look forward to returning in the future.

We had a lovely stay at the beach cottage. It is very cosy and relaxing and the host takes extra care to make her guests feel at home. We hope to return.

We had a wonderful couple of nights at Kaylyn's place - the house is fantastic, such a beautiful location and perfectly set up for our group. We especially appreciated having a well set up kitchen (and proper coffee machine!) and the amazing sound system! Kaylyn was a fab host and communication was great every step of the way. We'll be back!

David's cottage was conveniently located to the river, the beach and a great cafe. Check in was easy, David communicated every detail very well. The kitchen had everything you needed. The property was great for pets, spacious and kayaks were supplied. We loved our stay and would love to stay again.

A beautiful week with family in a family holiday house. Just perfect for two little boys discovering the joy of swimming as many times a day as they wanted to. Both learnt to boogie board and to play ping pong and pool. A kitchen good enough for their parents, both chefs, to enjoy cooking all our meals and always, the trees and sea around us. We had a great stay. The house was spacious and clean with modern furniture, fixtures and fittings. It was great for the kids, who loved the games consoles and multiple, large TVs and had everything one might need in the lovely, modern kitchen. We loved the pool, the outdoor spaces and the stunning views from the bedrooms, living spaces and balconies on both sides of the house! The proximity to some wonderful beaches was fantastic and our stay was totally peaceful and private. We had no trouble finding shops, restaurants, takeaways and playgrounds within easy reach. Communication with the hosts was very easy, they were very responsive and provided clear instructions and useful information about the area. Highly recommended! We'd love to return!

The place was very clean and tidy. We were very impressed with what was supplied. We will definitely be going back next year. This is the second time we have stayed at this place and loved it. We love Tuross Head.

We had an amazing time at Rowena's place. The house is stunning and the pictures listed do not do it justice. It is definitely even better in real life. The kids had so much fun in the pool and for the parents it was such a dream to have the beach only a few steps away. Our bedding was so comfortable and luxurious and the house had everything we needed and more. The location of the house and surroundings truly is a little piece of heaven with stunning views of the Tollgate islands. We loved hearing the sounds of crashing waves every night as we fell asleep and taking walks along the beach early in the morning. I can not recommend Rowena's place enough. Rowena was always lovely, helpful and quickly reaponded to any of my messages. We loved our time at Rowena's and are very grateful we found it.

Such an amazing location. Bright, clean and very spacious! The perfect space for a family to spend time together! Sandra was very friendly and great at communicating. 100% recommend!

Wonderful stay. The apartment is in a beautiful location overlooking all of Narooma, with stunning views. It was clean, conveniently furnished with all amenities you might need and just a lovely place to holiday in.

Chris' apartment was superb. Very clean and exceptionally well equipped. Sauces, condiments, washing powder etc and an abundance of crockery/cutlery/glassware/cookware and containers. Loads of games and beautifully comfy beds. 2 bedrooms had ceiling fans and the water pressure was great. Only had a slight difficulty getting in and out of the ensuite shower. Larger people found too tight a fit. Maybe Chris could have mentioned there was no milk BUT we had our own luckily and anyway there is an IGA 2 min away. We had 8 people fit comfortably and we had a fantastic stay. TV large and internet all easy to use. Highly recommend Chris' place for your next visit when staying in stunning Batemans Bay, NSW. Great place for a family holiday – we had a lovely stay. Location is perfect less than 5 min walk to decent coffee shop, bakery and IGA Supermarket and easy walking/scooting path into town. Good base for accessing other beaches/towns across the Eurobodalla Shire. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Would love to see more towel hooks! We had to park across the road as our SUV couldn’t get into the allocated parking area which wasn’t ideal as we had some bad weather during our stay – but plenty of street parking available.

We had an amazing stay here! The place was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was well thought out, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was absolutely perfect—strategically situated in the heart of Batesman Bay and not too far away from Narooma. Madeliene was exceptionally friendly and responsive, always ensuring that I had everything I needed. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made my stay even better. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located homestay. I’d definitely love to stay here again on my next visit!

Heartwood was the perfect house for a weekend away. The layout is perfect for both families or a group of friends with so much space and a beautiful open living area. We all loved how easy it was to get to the beach, with a 2 minute walk from the Verendah. We will definitely be coming back!!!

A real patch of paradise in Bawley Point! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend to travellers wanting a bit of nature, comfort and accessibility to nearby beaches. We'll remember our cicada-filled evenings very fondly and of course, the care put in by Helen to make us feel at home. Thank you!

A wonderful, spacious, well stocked home that was perfect for our group of two families (4A, 5C). Super close to the beautiful creek and beach, which is perfect for families. Self contained upstairs and downstairs gave some privacy for each family while still feeling like we were all together. Peaceful garden setting backing onto the creek (bonus; kayaks provided and it's very easy to kayak from the house to the creek by the beach). Kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Quality inclusions throughout, which were just right - good quality but not so fancy that you have to worry the kids will break something priceless! No air conditioning and linen, but this helps keep it affordable. Driveway is steep and requires some skill to navigate as there are three driveways together and neighbours have asked that guests don't use their driveways to turn around. This was ok for us but if you were towing a trailer or not confident reversing it would be difficult. Would love to stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful 2 weeks in Bawley Point. The house was wonderful with fantastic amenities and very close to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again.

Lauren’s place is nestled in a stunning bush setting on the picturesque New South Wales South Coast. It’s just a short distance from a beautiful, dog-friendly beach that’s perfect for swimming and relaxing. The house is thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of space for everyone to come together for meals and conversation, while also providing cosy spots where people can enjoy some quiet time alone. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely comfortable and welcome. Although it rained quite a bit during our stay, the warmth and charm of Lauren’s home made it feel like we weren’t missing out on anything. Watching the rain cascade down the conservatory windows was a peaceful and lovely experience. We had everything we needed and more than we expected and Lauren was very helpful and responsive. This is a truly wonderful home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return!

This place is amazing. Easy to find and exactly what was advertised and more! We had 2 teenagers who were entertained by the water out the back and the bike track out the front. The house was big enough for us all, the garage allowed easy access for the kids to get and store their bikes and water floats. The kids would fish in low tide and float in the water on high tide while I enjoyed the lounge on the back veranda. This place is the perfect family retreat. Thank you!

Libby's place is amazing and we had a great time. The unit is spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a short or longer stay. Libby communicated really well and ensured we had everything we needed whilst still respecting our privacy and space. The location is great and so easy access to many beaches and nature walks. The view from the deck is stunning and so relaxing. Overall we had an amazing stay and would love to return in the future.
