I loved my stay, the suite was so cozy and comfortable. Super easy to check in, everything was just as the pictures showed. Rod was responsive and a great host.

What a pristine home! This is the cleanest Airbnb I have visited. Morgan was very friendly and responsive! There were clear instructions and even labeled light switches. They thought of everything while designing this property. I loved the gas stove fireplace, flooring, paint, floor plan, and historic charm. The setting was peaceful and unbelievably quiet. It was fun imagining what life was like for the early settlers here. I could have stayed forever!

This is now one of my favorite places to stay ever! Downtown Apt #1 is charming, comfortable, & in a great location in Sleepy Eye a couple of doors down from a great brewery. Will definitely stay again next time I come to the New Ulm area!

Melissa was very responsive and helpful! The house looks different in person, in a good way! There’s a little half wall with barstools and a countertop that is connected to the living room. The fireplace, backyard, and front porch/deck were very nice! House is spacious and neighborhood is very quiet. Per Melissa’s recommendations, we went to the bakery in town and it is a MUST. The best maple bacon donut I’ll ever have. Also, we went to Memorial Park and had a nice walk around. The zip line thing is fun there too. Definitely would stay here again😀
