Ros was very friendly and replied quickly to our questions. instructions were accurate and detailed. The place is very nice and feels private. Close to Southampton and Winchester, and perfect for exploring the area.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful location. We were fortunate to have some lovely weather too so were able to enjoy lush country walks as soon as we left the property. Great provisions in the kitchen and kind personal touch of yummy fresh eggs a tipple and some snacks. The stables is a beautiful property, lovely decoration and very comfy bed! The courtyard was a great suntrap for breakfast in the morning. Thank you to you both for such a great stay ☀️🩷 we will definitely be back

Stayed here for a few weeks whilst having building work carried out. The Oaks was quiet and private with excellent amenities. Great location for walking along the river Itchen towards Eastleigh or Winchester. 5 * for Diana who was always very friendly and helpful .
