Monthly Rentals in Monument Rock

Love this place, our second stay here for New Years. Rebecca worked with me to get us in at the time we planned to be in the area and we love spending time there, absolutely love the wood stove it's the one thing I won't budge on when in the area so I'm very happy to have a great place to stay on top of that.

Very nice place to stay at. Felt right at home. Ronnie and Jt were very responsive and kind. Will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Barn Guest Cottage in Monument! The cottage was just as described - cute, clean and cozy! We were surrounded by the peaceful countryside with far off glimpses of the mountains. Monument is close to numerous places to visit - we especially enjoyed our trips into Colorado Springs to visit Focus on the Family, Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. And if you’re looking for delicious burgers, make sure to stop in at The Skirted Heifer while you’re in Colorado Springs! Sydney is a wonderful host - easy to contact and helpful answering our questions when looking for a local grocer, etc…. Sydney also provided sweet encouragement when we had unexpected events back home. Thank you, again, Sydney, for sharing your guest cottage and hospitality!

We had a super wonderful stay here. Your place is beautiful, the setting is beautiful, and the weather was great as well. Not only did we have a great time here, but our dog, Molly did as well. She enjoyed meeting Bella and Maddie, and taking walks around the property. We’re grateful that you have a dog friendly place.
