Holiday rentals with a patio in Monti, Rome

This place is perfect for peace and quiet. Alessandro and his family were always available for any questions and very kind. The place is exactly as described . If I had a question, Alessandro would respond very quickly. The place is in a good location, about a 3 minute walk to the bus station and a lot of restaurants and cafes. I highly recommend this place!

We chose this apartment for our short vacation in Rome. Stefania is a super friendly host and has always been active in our questions or requests. The house was as described in the photo and was very clean and tidy. We will definitely consider it as a property for our next visit to the capital.

This was a lovely apartment for our 6 days in Rome. The location was ideal—outside the tourist areas, offering an authentic Roman neighborhood feel, yet well-connected with both bus and metro options nearby. The area itself was lively, with plenty of breakfast bars and excellent restaurants just around the corner. The flat was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The double bed was extremely comfortable, and for our boys, there was a bunk bed setup. We did have to figure out the clever pull-out design with a hidden step after the first night, but once we did, it worked perfectly. Towels were provided in abundance, and the windows were very well insulated, which helped block out the noise from the busy streets of Rome. The host was always available for any questions we had and replied very quickly. We highly recommend this place!

Very nice place to stay in Roma, not in the center but very easy to go there with the bus (about 40 min to 1 hour). Host was very easy going !

Buon compleano , my lover and I wanted to be able to write a few lines to thank Fernando, for his availability both at check-in and by message and the quality of his accommodation. He responded to us throughout the stay to orient us to the best places in Rome. Her place is spotless, clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay, a huge plus for linens and bath linens to new slippers to get out of the shower. The bathroom is like Rome, elegant and refined. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need up to the adapter for the essential coffee maker before going to the old Roman town only 15 minutes by bus from the accommodation thanks to the bus line at the end of the street. We really enjoyed our stay at Ambra's place! The apartment is lovely—modern and nicely furnished—and Ambra really cared about our comfort during the stay. The only minor things to mention are that there was some construction affecting the metro, so the connection to the center wasn't ideal (though likely just temporary), and the water pressure/temperature was a bit inconsistent.

We had a super rich stay, we booked a little bit of time but Dunia made it easy. The instructions were very clear about arrival. The location is great, close to the trevi fountain, metro line A, and many restaurants/shops. We stayed 3 in the apartment and the truth was super comfortable that the apartment has a very spacious living room. There was not only a sofa bed but a fold out bed. The kitchen was all stocked with good quality loaded coffee. We had a wonderful time, 100% recommended.

The customer service was great, we were running late because of cancelled flights and they were so helpful and flexible. The flat was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is residential yet there is a small cafe on the corner and a small shop with everything you need within 5 minutes walk. A short walk away is Pont Milvio and there are several great restaurants and bars there. Getting into the centre is easy enough, the bus stop is 1 minute away, change once to get to the sights. Tickets can be bought at the nearby bar. We would stay here again.

The place is wonderful, trees around all the place, perfect to stay and relax in your road trip to Italy.

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

Very easy check in, clear communication with the host. As long as you can navigate the metro, the location is decently accessible. Very cozy.

Accommodation in a good location, clean and perfectly matches the photos. welcoming host and full of good tips. Be careful if you are going to Rome before 2025: the city is under construction and the metro finish at 9pm, after the tram, although a little very old, finished at 00h/01h and is next to the metro stop.

Last minute opportunity came up to be in Rome for one night and we reached out to Antonella to inquire about her place. She responded immediately and we were able to book it. We loved the neighborhood as it was a new place for us to stay and explore. Monti is now our new favorite area!!! The studio was immaculate and cozy with all thoughtful items in place. Very impressive and A+ rating! The bed was very comfortable and Antonella’s dinner recommendations were spot on for our delicious dinner in Rome. Excellent host and communicator! We will be back and much gratitude for the last minute opportunity!

certainly super hosts in a super apartment. the hosts were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and before that. the apartment is quaint and beautiful and 5 minute walk for st.peters basilica, walking distance from many other important spots and from comfortable public transport. the street was busy and hechtic during the day but the apartment is quiet and private. in summary, it was really supper.

We booked this place hoping it would live up to the photos - and it sure did. The location made almost all of our activities walkable for us. The view from the deck is great. The host was great at communicating. Check in was personal, with an orientation regarding use of appliances, air conditioning, etc. Since much of it is different than what we have at home, it proved to be very helpful. If/when we come back to Rome, we'll be hoping this unit is available again.

Rudi was an amazing host. Proactive in arranging transportation to and from and someone there to meet us to give us the keys and explain how to get in the unit. The place was well decorated and clean. A great experience overall and good location walkable to most places.

Beautiful and spacious apartment in a cute area of Rome, just steps away from the metro. I loved having breakfast in the little courtyard. Getting in was really smooth and easy. Thank you for helping make my Rome trip great!
