Tricia was an incredible host and very responsive to any request I had. She checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. Apartment was stylish and cozy! Very comfortable bed and provided extra cooking supplies if needed. She went out of her way to make sure I enjoyed my stay! Convenient location to many downtown restaurants and shops. Would love to return soon and can Not recommend more!

You can tell they care for their property & for guest experience. During our trip there was an unexpected freeze that impacted outdoor pipes despite them letting us know we should run the pipes (because who thinks about that on vacation!) and they were so expedient in coming to resolve the issue which we couldn’t thank them for enough! In addition to these kind hosts, if you’re lucky you’ll find yourself with a gaggle of kittens running through the backyard too😋

After Xmas get together with extended family. I think 7 bedrooms total, every room but 2 had king size beds. So spacious and just fun in its decor. The dining table sat 6 but has expanders to easily fit 10. Greg made sure we had enough chairs, plates and utensils to accommodate all of us. Even provided 4 tv trays for additional eating space. This is a quaint and quiet neighborhood; extremely charming so we were able to take walks and enjoy the outdoor scenery as well. Too cold to enjoy the pool it looks like it would be fun in warmer weather. Greg was very responsive; offered a great selection of restaurants to try and places to see.

A perfect home for family gatherings. A fantastic great room for lounging. Very peaceful setting in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped. Lot's of space. Large dining room table. Open layout. A new home in East Nashville. I stayed here for a month and it was perfect. Location is the best in town, more residential vibe than downtown with cute shops and cafes. The space was perfect for me. And had everything anyone needs. Only one thing would have been to have a washer and dryer in the room adjacent to the bathroom. Being there a month meant spending a lot on laundry! But otherwise I’d not change a thing about this place. Highly recommended for long and short stays for the best of Nashville in well decorated and very cute pool House. Nealy was always available via the app and the check in and out was so easy. Parking spot was also great as I had a car for a few days.

Nat and Josh were great host very responsive and attentive.. Great host with a great place to stay very clean perfectly located I’d say a breath of fresh air.. the deers in the photo are real and we got to see them often.. would definitely stay again and recommend anyone to stay in their BNB anytime..

Great location, house was clean, backyard was fenced and great for a dog, neighborhood was quiet and safe, driving distance to many businesses.

Julian was a great host responded in timely manner and even came personally to fix an issue we had late at night. Very friendly! The home and yard is very beautiful and peaceful!

Jennie’s home was very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The living room had a very comfortable couch and was large enough for our entire family. We truly enjoyed our stay- thank you!

House was exactly what we wanted and needed! Very flexible with our need to extend our stay and responded very quickly.

Decided at the last minute to stay in Cartersville as I was driving across the country. I reached out to Mechellela in the early evening to ask if her place was available that night and she promptly responded that it was. Her place is very close to many restaurants and shopping. From the time I booked to the time I was at the front door was literally just a few minutes so I appreciated the availability on short notice. The house was super clean and we even enjoyed a little time in the wonderful hot tub. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

Great stay in the countryside, it was very quiet and peaceful. The property was well equipped with every thing you need and more. We really appreciated how clean it was. Highly recommend.

The proximity to base, restaurants and to the Walmart Neighborhood Market made this place the perfect stay for any transients or (military people PCSing to in or out from Fort Campbell. The friendly hosts were super quick to respond and helped us get a plumber when we found the shower temperature adjustment knob was stuck on the hottest setting. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area.

Had a good time staying at Chandler’s place to visit family for the holidays! It’s a very clean house and the rooms were very comfortable. There’s not a ton of decoration in the living room/dining room but we preferred that as our 1.5 year old would have gotten into everything. We would stay here again!

We were looking for a place to stay in the area and found this gem! April is a wonderful hostess. She supplied us with things to do locally and where to get something to eat. Her place was clean and quiet. It's the perfect place to unwind and relax. And that is exactly what we did! Any questions I had were answered promptly. I would not hesitate to book this place and with April again!

the house was everything as described, very peaceful and easy to get to...alot of great restaurants and grocery stores nearby...I would definitely book again when visiting my family in the Army...very close to Fort Campbell...very affordable

Initially had a hard time with the lock however the host responded right away. Place is as pictured. Lovely home. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again.
