Great space to stay with family! Plenty of room and comfortable spaces. Great location — walkable to great food (or a grocery) and shopping. The well-stocked kitchen let us bunker down in cozy style on chilly rainy days. Amanda is a great, responsive host, and this house is a terrific place to land!

We had an absolutely great time visiting Nashville and staying in this charming home! The home was in a great location, easily walkable to many things to do and places to eat. It was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Alan was a fantastic host. He was super friendly, responsive and accommodating! I definitely recommend this house for a great experience in Nashville!

Andre and Rachel’s place was exactly as listed: spacious, clean, modern, and a 5-minute drive from Broadway! We were a group of 7 and felt like we had plenty of space. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Our trip to Nashville for our granddaughter's wedding was made extra special by these accommodations. This beautiful home has been very well kept with nice large bedrooms, cumfy beds and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The weather wasn't cooperating but looking forward to using the pickeball court during our next stay. Pat was the perfect host answering every question and suggesting sites to see while in Nashville. It's really no wonder they are a Superhost.

Really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this property! The location was great and walkable or a short Uber/Lyft to all the attractions. The home is very clean and well stocked. Check in process was very easy. Lauren is a fantastic host and fast to respond. I chose this placed based on prior reviews and it did not disappoint. Thank you Lauren!

Absolutely adorable home with plenty of space set in a beautiful and peaceful natural setting. We loved taking gorgeous outdoor pics of our group in her backyard! Lots of beds and spacious bathroom for all us to get ready and relax. Kitchen and dining area were large and accommodated our big group comfortably. Katie was so helpful and communicative for everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again when we visit our friends in Nashville. It was close enough to get around to all the sites but far enough to enjoy the quiet area.

Danika’s house is beautiful. It was very clean. It was very comfortable for the 4 of us and it will still be roomy for 6 people as advertised especially if it’s just a weekend trip. The neighborhood is very quiet.

We were greeted by fresh cut colorful flowers when we arrived at this cozy and comfy Airbnb on a rainy evening. We had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. And there were so many extra touches like snacks, fruit, breakfast cereals and orange juice to name a few. I easily ran a Zoom meeting from the dining room table too. The yard was beautiful, as was the area. It was a quiet and serene neighborhood and you would never have thought you were within easy reach and access to I-65. This was our second visit here and anytime we’re in the Nashville area, this is our favorite place to stay.

this place was great, very clean organized. it was perfect nice and peaceful I recommend it highly for a stay in Nashville. the host is very helpful and nice I actually don't have a single bad thing to say about this place... also has some awesome artwork/pictures it is very homie to say the least and close to everything you need groceries, beer drinkin, and some great eats will definitely come back thank yall so much for the hospitality top notch👌

Beautiful apartment, quite detail oriented. If you have children especially babies it will require some baby proofing. This isn’t a bad thing it just keeps you on your toes lol . A wonderful host and beautiful Airbnb highly recommend to anyone who is seeking a top notch and budget stay!

Di was a wonderful host - super communicative and proactive before we arrived and she continued to promptly answer questions once we did. Her place was clean, comfortable and very quiet. And she is the queen of free snacks, breakfast nibbles and beverages. We could walk anywhere in the city, and felt safe doing so. I would highly recommend her condo!

Joey and Allison were exceptional hosts and made us feel at home straight away. They gave us recommendations for dinner locally and also for our next stop in Nashville. Their B&B is very beautiful and they are doing a fabulous job of restoring a local icon. It is very close to the Elk & Bison Reserve in the Land Between the Lakes Recreation Reserve (a 10 minute drive). Breakfast is fantastic and you will love all the furnishings and hearing all about the history of the Inn and local area. We would have loved to stayed longer.

Sally was a fantastic host! The room was clean and the exactly like the pictures described. Joe was also very helpful giving us recommendations for places to check out in Nashville and was kind enough to make us breakfast in the mornings.

one of the best places I've stayed. Helen and Ric are amazing. So friendly and warm and accommodating. Their home was absolutely beautiful. We had homemade breakfast every morning. Lori was extremely responsive and flexible. The space is beautiful and was exactly what we needed for our overnight stay. Lori and her partner are very friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would absolutely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a stay near downtown and I hope to be back again!

What a dream this place was! Everything was absolutely perfect and Mandy was the absolute best. My boyfriend and I are still talking about how hospitable she was and how incredible her cooking was. We only stayed for one night, but are already wanting to come back. The rooms and the house are so gorgeous and we slept so well. Definitely an incredible place to stay that is unforgettable.
