Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Montezuma

Really enjoyed our stay at Lucia and Nicola, awesome meeting our hosts too who were very kind and helpful. The accomodation is located in a beautiful spot, there are walks starting from the property and it is at walking distance (uphill) from delicious restaurants, beautiful beach and the Montezuma waterfall. Very chill and friendly atmosphere !

My wife and I have been coming to Costa Rica for 16 years. We used to stay in Mal Pais but always found ourselves driving via ATV to Playa Hermosa daily, so we decided to stay where we spent most of our time. On this trip, we brought our two boys (10 and 6), our close friends, and their girls (12 and 8). It was their first time in Costa Rica, and we wanted it to be memorable. Jason, our host, was fantastic, coordinating with us multiple times before our trip to ensure we had everything we needed. We arrived at Casa Nalu after dark & were welcomed by the caretakers, Walter & Ana. The house is stunning, with every detail carefully considered. The pool was perfect for the kids, and the lush property was just as impressive as the interior. The security is top-notch; the property is fenced, and tall native grasses provide privacy as if you're in your little compound. Casa Nalu was the ideal home base, with the beach nearby, Super Hermosa for groceries, and TP8 for amazing pizza!

The photos really do not do this place justice. It is UTTERLY stunning. The house is so unusual, beautifully designed, filled with light and the vista to the ocean/out door tables/ pool were insane. The kitchen has literally everything you would need and really we didnt want to leave. We felt like we were in some unbelievable palace/castle. I dont think you will ever find anywhere else like this. Highly Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect, the wildlife is great in the area. The house is very comfy, and private. The wifi wasn’t worked properly and we didn’t have phone signal. It wasn’t a big problem for us, but should count with this matter if you need internet daily.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb during our last two nights in Santa Teresa! The apartment had everything you need to cook your own meal and chill after a day in Santa Teresa. It was nice that you could park your car / ATV behind the entrance gate. There’s a lot of nice restaurants, a supermarket and a laundry service within walking distance. Marilin was very helpful, providing us with lots of tips for our time in Santa Teresa and helping us rent an ATV. The apartment is tucked away from the main street, which makes it a perfect place to relax.

Beautiful ocean view away from the hustle and bustle. Be prepared for an accurate description of the driveway. Renting ATVs is the best transportation. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony and appreciated the suggestions from the hosts. The place had a surprisingly comfortable foldable couch that we laid in and watched the birds from. Will return!

Casa Mono was incredible. The location was amazing, next to the best restaurants and shops and a 2 min walk to the beach but a little off the main road away from the noise. The apartment was situated on the second floor. It was exactly as pictured - spacious, clean, comfortable, a kitchen including all the appliances and cooking necessities like salt, oil, coffee and pepper. I loved having the remote working space in the apartment since I was working during my stay. The TV with Netflix was great for evenings I wanted to stay in. Daily housekeeping and beach towels which was a huge plus was also included in the stay. We loved casa mono so much my husband and I are actually planning a 2 month stay at this Airbnb for next January. The price for what you get is incredible. Lastly but not least, Alvaro, his wife, Simona and the rest of the team are incredibly kind, warm and welcoming. Leaving them felt like leaving my Pura Vida family. I cannot recommend this magical place enough!

We loved our stay at Kristian and Rosella’s home in Santa Teresa! We felt immediately at home. The place was spotless and exactly as described. It was walkable to many excellent restaurants, such as eat Street and Ani’s. And right across from the beach! I loved the ambience of the pool out front, but unfortunately never had the chance to use it because we were out exploring so much. Kristian was easily accessible and even arranged for us to take a surf lesson. He was able to provide recommended taxis and ATV vendors as well. We enjoyed getting to know him better! Wonderful person who takes pride in providing a wonderful stay to all who visit. We felt so welcomed and hope to cross paths again. Pura Vida!

We stayed in Faith's apartment and had a wonderful time everything was very clean the kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook and faith was always quick in replying to any questions that we had. Looking forward to staying with you again in the future faitht!

Spyros is an incredible host - his place is nothing short of amazing and we cannot wait to return. It is located centrally in Santa Teresa so all of the places to eat and drink are walkable or easy to get to via ATV. Its also a 3-5 min walk to the ocean! Spyros recommended amazing places and was incredibly responsive. The pictures do not do this place justice - is is gorgeous. The apartment is clean and comfortable and has everything you need - including a full kitchen, bathroom supplies, AC in the room, and a super comfy bed. The pool is to die for! We will be back to visit Spyros, his lovely staff, amazing home, and cute doggie :)

Great condo near the beach. It was very well equipped and very clean in a nice complex with its own pool. Arman was a great host always quick to respond and comes highly recommended. 5 star all the way

Great space! So many wonderful things about this home - comfortable beds, clean, quiet, well appointed kitchen, safe, walking distance to the beach and small market across the street. We appreciated the pool/beach towels provided - the pool was fantastic, prefect for kids (and adults). Hosts were accommodating and great with communication. Highly recommend!

Excellent accommodation, you can go to the beach walking, a beautiful beach... we definitely recommend it and would return.

We enjoyed our stay very much. With two young children, we enjoyed the backyard patio and all the fun nature around and animals. The beach that was walking distance was perfect for us. The location is great close enough to other towns to do days trips to. The condo’s design, beds, linens, kitchen tools were just enough to be able to enjoy a month long stay, cook yummy meals and be comfortable and enjoy our time at the condo. The safety and security was very good too. Also the pool at the condo was fun to be in too with the kids. There is a small shallow part good for little little ones and then a deeper part for the older kids to hang and play in. Also the pool area has a second story which was nice to use for a yoga practice in the morning. We had a great month stay here, thank you!
