This was my LIR to Arenal interim stop on way to La Fortuna since we landed after 2:00PM. I only wish we could have stayed for more than one night. It was clean and very elegant yet homey. The view in the morning was to die for.

The views from this apartment are beautiful! The apartment itself was very clean. We were only here one night but wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and walks around the property.

This condo is in the most beautiful location, perfect view of the volcano from the balcony!! The space was clean and comfortable beds and furniture. Fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom with large jet tub, and in suite washer and dryer. The host had great communication. Responded quickly late in the evening to our booking request to let us stay in his beautiful place, saving us from the original nightmare Airbnb be booked for that night! I can’t thank the host enough for the responsiveness and the truly wonderful condo right on Lake Arenal!! P.S. Completely ignore the person that left the low rating review about this place. The person should be ashamed to leave a low review for such an incredible place!

Amazing views! This condo was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect as a base to visit all the places around Guanacaste.

We were only passing through to cut off our trip (only one night), the condo was clean, identical to the photos and with all amenities. You can even see the volcano from the balcony when the clouds aren't too present.

This airbnb had incredible views, was very clean and well furnished, and came with a large jacuzzi that we loved. Getting there involved a 10-15m drive in a gravel road. If you can, try to get there in daylight for an easier experience. There are great hikes in the area and good local restaurants. The hosts are very kind and sweet.

very good location, a lot of good restaurants in walk distance. And very nice clean lady, help us dry our shoes quickly. Plus, there is free cleaning service and towels exchange.

Andrea's villa is a modern and contemporary house, beautifully laid out in two floors, 2 bedrooms on each floor, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen, dining and open area are great, our group of 9 spent time cooking, eating and hanging out int his area a lot. Furnishings are excellent and the house has all modern amenities we needed. Andrea is a wonderful host, she was very quick to respond anytime we asked for help and resolved all issues very promptly. Her responsiveness and dedication were truly appreciated by our group. The property is located just outside the centre of town, which was great for us, we could walk easily into town, lots of shopping, restaurants and amenities within easy reach. There's a nice convenience store at the entrance of the property also owned by Andrea. A very safe, secure and wonderful place for our stay. Would definitely stay here again if we were to visit La Fortuna again.

My wife, our friend and I spent a very enjoyable six days at this lovely home. Tanyia and Rod are extremely responsive, caring, attentive, helpful, and friendly hosts. The remote location of the home (about 4 km and 13 minutes down an unpaved road to the little town of Tronadora and another 15 minutes and 11 km over paved roads to the closest city Tilaran) required a bit of planning and added immensely to the charm. We enjoyed some of our best nature viewing (monkeys, toucans and other birds) right in our yard and on the beautiful Vistas Del Lago property. We had a couple of power outages in the middle of the night, but they didn’t adversely affect our stay. Tanyia and Rod were also very responsive and helpful when we had a couple of issues with the hot water. Each unit in the home is comfortable for relaxing and sleeping. All in all, we had a wonderfully unique stay with Tanyia and Rod at this lovely home.

We had a very nice stay, and Jorge was very responsive to our questions and needs. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the outdoor television. We would highly recommend his place.

We had a fantastic stay at Michael’s property. The location is gorgeous with beautiful sunsets over the lake. Michael was a fantastic host, friendly and helpful at all times. we made use of the hot tub, gym and pool. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom was luxurious. We slept well and there was plenty of space. We were glad we had a 4WD as the surrounding roads are bumpy and potholed. It’s very peaceful and also quite remote. It’s a short drive into the nearest town and a longer drive along the lake to la fortuna. we were glad to be out of town for the peaceful surroundings.

We were in a jam and needed somewhere to stay for the night very last minute. Not only was booking super quick and easy but the host was so responsive and helpful and even had their on site team check in on us when we arrived to offer assistance with whatever we needed. They were so sweet and helpful and we felt instantly right at home! This was the perfect place that my family of six needed and wish we could have stayed longer!

This home was a lovely space to spend the holidays with family. We loved the balcony and the amazing view. We also enjoyed the pool, breakfasts at the restaurant, the massage services, and the nature trail beside the creek. I would recommend if you are staying in the Lake Arenal area and you prefer to be in a home instead of a hotel.

Our stay with Mary Chantal and her family was a lovely experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warmth and generosity. The house, of remarkable beauty, perfectly combines functionality and comfort. Every attention to our well-being has been greatly appreciated. Inside and out, everything was thought out to provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Every night we enjoyed unforgettable moments on the beautiful outdoor terrace. The entire property is impeccably maintained, with modern amenities and in perfect condition. Location is ideal to explore the local area. Just a short walk away, a local company offers great excursions, making each day even more rewarding. We also discovered an Indian restaurant, located at the end of the street, which delighted us with the finesse and flavor of its dishes. In short, an exceptional stay

Jim’s place was great for the start of our Costa Rican adventure. He was very responsive & helpful with any questions we had. We loved the fresh eggs for breakfast & seeing all of the animals on the farm. Hairo was very responsive as well and there if we ever needed anything. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Lake Arenal, hopefully with better weather next time.
