Condo holiday rentals in Monterey

This is a "home run" sort of airbnb. I was trying to plan future trips around staying here within 20 mins of checking in. good sign! very organized, and feels like home without the clutter. Peaceful ocean view from the living room patio and bedroom. I was doing a staycation and I liked it so much I added on another day. don't second guess just book it. book it. book it!!!!! I'd be surprised if you didn't thoroughly enjoy all that it has to offer. wonderful communicative hosts. thank you for a great get away. Love your place and I am picky! Being a Realtor and going into lots of homes I can truly appreciate it when someone does it right.

The property was advertised. The location was perfect and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook, granted you bring all of the ingredients needed to cook. The views were perfect, and the patio area was huge compared to the other units. Check in was super simple as was check out. I will definitely be back.

This place was perfect for our family get together! It was clean and right on the beach! Well worth what we paid and I would def go back. Everyone was super helpful and we got right in with no problems! All in all it was beautiful, everyone we talked to was friendly!!

We have been renting Airbnb properties in Capitola for years. This unit was by far my favorite. Absolutely everything was perfect. The place was immaculate and so well outfitted. I hope to come many many more times!

Beautiful property with unbeatable views. We loved sitting out on the deck and looking out at the ocean. The fireplace was awesome too. The location, parking, and amenities were all convenient and as described.

This home was beautiful, easy to find & private location with plenty of parking to choose from. Very short 2 min walk to access the ocean right at your feet. The home was spacious & clean. When we arrived, we got there a little early and were still able to access and get settled in with time to spare for the beach. Unfortunately we didn’t get any communication with Jay. When we arrived, I noticed one of the window slats was broken in the room with bunk beds and the shared restroom shower drain was really struggling to drain the water. I tried calling a few times nit the voicemail box was full.. we also weren’t sure what the policy was on being able to bbq. When renting this spot the instructions said no but once we arrived we found instructions in the welcome book that said we could. So it was just a bit of confusion. All in all though, the place served its purpose and we all had a wonderful time being able to gather in the home & beach. We would definitely come back, it was beautiful!

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

We stayed 2 weeks at Irene and Gary’s and it was perfect for us. The guest suite was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The large outdoor patio was also nice. The location felt private and very safe, and was central to all of the places we wanted to visit (Monterey, Big Sur, Santa Cruz, and Gilroy was a nice surprise). Irene and Gary were great hosts- very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

My husband, baby and I absolutely LOVED our stay at Julia’s. The stay itself was just as described, if not better. Clean, spacious, cozy, and perfect for our getaway. The location truly can’t be beat. 10 minutes away from everywhere! The best part was spending some time with Julia. She respects privacy if you want it, but if you wanna chat, she’s friendly, kind, and just overall fantastic. She also has the best recommendations for the area if you ask for what you’re looking for (especially food and local outdoor beach tips). Super flexible and responsive as well. When we come back to Carmel, we definitely will be staying here. Thank you Julia!!!

We had an amazing stay at Ahnalisa’s beautiful home in Monterey! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The views were absolutely stunning — waking up to them every morning was a treat. It’s also in a perfect location: peaceful, yet just a short and easy walk to everything we wanted to explore. Ahnalisa was a wonderful host and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Monterey!

Had a wonderful stay at Ling’s place .. it was awesome place with amazing beach just a walk away . Really enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely book again if ever wanted to come again . Place was exactly like the description.

Joanne and Nicole’s apartment was very spacious, and both David and I had more than enough room to relax and enjoy our time. The home theater was such a special treat, and we really appreciated the helpful information they provided about nearby restaurants. On top of that, they generously left snacks and even pasta sauce for us, which made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor hot tub was warm, clean, and incredibly cozy, making our stay even more relaxing. The instructions they gave were very clear and easy to follow, which helped everything go smoothly from the moment we arrived. They also placed a very easy-to-understand guidebook inside the apartment, so we could quickly find anything we needed without any confusion. Thanks to their thoughtful setup and care, we were able to fully relax and enjoy a slow and peaceful two-night, three-day stay.

We spent several nights in David’s condo, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I had kind and timely communication with David even before our arrival, and the condo itself was just perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is in a very peaceful, private area and closer to the water than expected. Breathing the ocean air and the sound of waves is so healing. I watched humpback whales breach and dolphins feeding, it was very pleasant to have pelicans flying right past as well. The sunsets were beautiful and it was such excellent viewing at any time of day with 2 deck levels to choose from. You can view the coast from Santa Cruz all the way down to Monterey! The condo is tastefully decorated and spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable with cozy quilts and pillows. There are comfy throws for your lap and many other homey touches. The condo has so many dishes and pots and pans it’s easy to cook a meal. I can’t wait to stay there again. Thank you David!

Seascape Resort is a peaceful gem tucked away from the busy cities nearby. Check in was a breeze with 24/7 staff on hand. The rooms were clean with ocean views and a fireplace. There were so many things to do - enjoy the pool, hot tub, or take a stroll along the beach at sunset. Or stay was relaxing and we look forward to coming back another time.

This was our second stay at Seascape. It's a beautiful, relaxing property. The unit is comfortable and very well-appointed. Even the sofa bed and wall bed are really comfy. The view is lovely. The location of this unit makes it pretty easy to get belongings to and from the parking lot. Owners are friendly and professional, with great communication.

Greg’s place was beautiful and peaceful. Greg’s instructions on how to locate the condo were perfectly described, and he was responsive and helpful when I had any questions. Would definitely book here again.

I will echo on so many other reviews that were left for this Aptos property. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious for 4 adults and 2 little kids. There was easy access to the beach (5 minutes through a paved path) as well as access to different pools and a restaurant. Even with a great property, I’m also giving this a 5-star review because Annie was great to communicate with. She offered wonderful recommendations during our stay, and any minor issue we had, she offered a fix for very quickly. She genuinely made our stay worth every penny spent at this location. The added amenities that she provided were definitely a great bonus!

Great location! Cozy condo with amazing view and right off the Freeway. Condo had everything we needed for our getaway. Anthony was very helpful and had a book full of suggestions for our stay. Quick reply time when I had a question. I would definitely recommend Anthony’s place👍🏽

This was the perfect place for my family and I to relax and enjoy. Plenty to do and a great little restaurant right on location. Sidharth was awesome to communicate with and was very proactive.
