Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Monterey Bay

We were recently in town for a wedding. We booked the house for us and friends to be at one place, get ready together. Teresa was a great host! We appreciated the big rooms and great kitchen and patio! This house is gorgeous on the inside, has all the bells and the whistles. Would love to book again!

We loved staying at the Postage Stamp. It was the perfect charming cottage in such a beautiful location. The outdoor space was really incredible!! The fire pit was fun for evenings making s’mores and sipping wine. The beds and bedding were all very comfortable. It was perfect for our family of four!

The Beach House was exactly as described - tastefully remodeled while retaining the classic Aptos Beach bungalow vibe. Very thoughtfully prepared with outdoor games and items you would need for a beach getaway. The outdoor area and backyard are cleverly organized for everything you would want. I just wish we could have stayed longer (and had warmer weather!). Lots of great information in the folder for things to do and places to eat. Kudos!!

I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

We had a fabulous stay at Ali’s home. The house is charming and very quiet and peaceful, all while being within an easy walk of fabulous restaurants and downtown. We absolutely recommend booking this house.

Wonderful host. I have very high standards on cleanliness, and chose this rental for that reason. Carolyn and team exceeded my expectations. We loved having a fireplace during some considerably cold Monterey area days. Beds are super comfortable. We appreciated being within easy walking distance to grocery stores. Great central location to access all the best attractions of the area. Would definitely stay again.

Came to the Bay Area for my sister surgery down at good Samaritan . Which was only five minutes away. This house was perfect for 3 adults. all bed are comfortable and the fact that they were king size beds all three was a plus. House was super clean and looked like the pictures. It's a corner house next to a main Street so I appreciate the fact that they had earplugs if you're a light sleeper. We will be back.

We loved the decor, responsive host, and hot tub. The place was very clean and organized. Any questions we had Ciara was quick to help. Overall a wonderful stay!

Very convenient apartments for our work retreat. We rented 5 apartments from the same host. So nice to have our team all in one building but each with their own bedroom. Much cheaper than hotels with kitchens to be able to share meals.

Thank you for opening this wonderful home for us to stay. It was spotless, comfortable and a wonderful spot to cozy away in the rain and soak up the sun a few days later. Appreciated the easy parking and outdoor deck-with space to store a surfboard. It was a perfect getaway for this newly empty-nester couple and now our new favorite spot!

My husband and I stayed for our baby moon and had a great stay! It was a close distance to downtown (a very quick drive or just under a mile walk). Michele has a great book of things to do, restaurant recommendations, and clear instructions for the Airbnb. She was very responsive throughout our stay. During our stay there was construction going on behind the property. It didn’t bother us much since we were up before the construction started. Also with noise cancelling headphones you could sleep through it. We would definitely stay again!

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Matthew is a great host. It was very easy to park in front of his property and the check in process was straightforward. His place is private and away from the crowd while it is only 10 mins of beautiful walk along the coast to get to the boardwalk. I'd stay at his place again when I visit Santa Cruz. Highly recommend!

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and the ocean. Perfect place for wildlife viewing. We enjoyed the comfortable seating area with panoramic coastline views through the large picture windows. There's also a nice deck attached to the living room and master bedroom.

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

What a lovely place with stunning views. Appointed to the highest level with a wellstocked kitchen. Lots of food options to eat within only a few minutes walk from the penthouse. Two ways to access the place via back gate with security code or through front door and elevator If you prefer a very dark bedroom/s you won’t get that here so luckily I had my eyepatch to knock me out. You might pay a pretty penny for this place, but you will definitely notice it better than just about anything you could ever hope to find

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marc’s place in Pajaro Dunes. Everything is provided and the apartment is super comfortable, clean, and quiet. The beach is just steps away. Fun for the whole family. We hope to return soon.

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

Aarons place was super cozy. The care he takes in decorating was delightful. Aaron's place has to be my favorite Airbnb I've stayed at so far. it's also walking distance to the beach and a long but walkable walk from downtown Santa Cruz and boardwalk.

Beautiful little place, with picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean and natural landscaping. Clean, comfortable and easy access. Lots of security that patrolled day and night, which is nice. Fine dining restaurant is within walking distance.
