Monthly Rentals in Monte Urpino

Giuseppina and her husband are truly the best! The location is amazing and very convenient to get to Cagliari or nearby towns to the sea. The place itself is taken super well care by Giuseppina, very clean and feels like home from day 1! The neighborhood is also very quiet and feels super safe, with grocery stores nearby for daily living. They went truly above and beyond and it felt like staying with family. My stay was truly a remarkable experience and I will definitely come back and highly recommend. Thank you again to Giuseppina and Salvino, you are the best! <3 <3

Very nice apartment in the middle of the old town. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Busy during the day (as expected) but surprisingly quiet at night. There is a church directly opposite, so expect some noise from the church bells. Luckily the person who operates them did not work night hours during our stay. :) We didn't meet Francesco in person, but he always responded quickly. No problems at all, would definitely book again!

Paola is lovely, and was available at all times. Good check in instructions with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble and even organised a cot for the baby. The place is in a quiet street, close to the bus stop where you can get the bus to the beach. There's a much needed air con unit in each room. There's a cafe close by that serves delicious coffee and pastries and a supermarket 13 minute walk away towards the centre. We very much enjoyed our stay and Cagliari!

My stay at Letizia was really nice. The space is perfect for relaxing, with a cozy atmosphere and a kitchen equipped with everything you need, which makes the experience even more comfortable. The location is convenient, well served by buses that allow you to easily reach the city center. Letizia is an exceptional host, always kind and available for every need. One gesture I especially appreciated was the nice thought for my birthday, a gift that made my stay even more special. Highly recommended!
