Well located apartment. In a quiet area. Close to the greenway that takes you to Mont Saint Michel. Also a good starting point for other hikes in the area. Arnaud was flexible on schedules. Which is convenient when traveling by train. I would recommend.

Katie, our dog Jesse and I had a lovely peaceful break at Jeanne's cottage. Jeanne provided lots of helpful info about check-in, which was flexible and the local surrounding area for things to do. The house was warm and really well equipped, with lovely dinner sets and a welcome bottle of her local Pommeau de Normandie, which was delicious. The pantry cupboard is well stocked with all the necessities, so you don't need to buy everything in your first shop. The surrounding area both in Normandy and into Brittany, is really pretty, reminds me a lot of Devon in some ways, with big beautiful sandy beaches and rocky coves. Plus, some of the best seafood we've eaten in ages. If you love oysters, you'll love this area. I would love to come back in the spring/summer to experience it in warmer weather and longer evenings, but it was a perfect break in winter, too.
