Place was described accurately and clean. And considering it was parents weekend at IU we were lucky to find at such a reasonable price. They were extremely generous with allowing us to check in early without charging extra and park as we were coming from 6 hours away to attend the football game that day. Just a heads up that there are no elevators and unit is on 3rd floor and parking is across a busy street. Perfect place for a quick stay.

Her studio was great. Well equipped and clean with a short drive into town. She was very accommodating and responsive and would absolutely recommend her beautiful property.

Spectacular space and location. IU cute decor to enhance your stay. Dog friendly area. The garage access was perfect for storing our Thule roof box and car. Easy access to downtown and campus. A wonderful stay.

This is truly a diamond of a place! Our second stay here and it is just fantastic. Location is obviously the best—right on Kirkwood in the middle of the action. But the place itself is outstanding. Beautifully decorated, with so many wonderful details and touches to make the guests feel at home. The best beds! And bedding! Everything feels top quality and well thought out. It’s a wonderful place to come back to after a day or evening out! Dori is a terrific host and great at communicating. We will be back!

Overall this place is a good value! I was most impressed when I walked into the bedroom and saw the King sized bed! The presentation was lovely, clearly great care was put into it for sure. Everything was spotless and just like the pictures. It is roomy and definitely good for many nights, though I only spent one night there as a visiting college student. I liked the keyless entry. I felt pretty safe too, as a young woman traveling alone. Jordan was very kind and friendly. Only one caveat - which had nothing to do with the listing or quality of the Airbnb - in winter, if your car does not do well on ice, do NOT park in the area behind the building, which is down a slope. I had to call a tow nearby which cost $120 to tow my car up the ramp. Jordan was very responsive and did his best to contact the maintenance crew to salt the slope, but unfortunately we weren't sure when they'd come. My car just couldn't handle it :( Other than that, I had a good experience in the Airbnb itself! :)

Kim was exceptionally courteous and responsive. I had to check in later in the day, and I had no problem arranging my arrival time. She had an air mattress set up and ready for my arrival, and my sister and I both enjoyed a private space to rest for the night. The place itself was cute, clean, and cozy. There were extra personalized touches to make us feel welcomed in the space, and the decor was nice. If I'm ever in the Bloomington area again, I will absolutely see if this place is available! I loved the quiet area it was in, and I am especially thankful for the kind hospitality! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely private little place. Had everything I needed! And was cozy during a winter storm. Mikala and her family were helpful and great hosts.

Rachel’s Henhouse on Clear Creek pays homage to the most timeless of Bloomington vibes. The artwork on the walls honor locally relevant things like the wildlife (e.g. the bird panels) and iconic treasures like the Buskirk-Chumley and artwork by homegrown talent. Overall, the Henhouse strikes an inviting and warm balance between modern amenities and uniquely Bloomington flavors and shades. Besides capturing the essence of Bloomington, the Henhouse is also home to memorable details that added a personal touch to my experience. Other perks included a functional kitchen with dining ware and cooking ware, the most exciting item being the popcorn popper. The living room had a TV, state-of-the-art thermostat (and super responsive heating, useful during my late-November stay), comfy couches, an office/sunroom w/desk, and a general cozy atmosphere. I appreciated the overall vibes, aesthetics, and energy of the Henhouse.

our stay was short and sweet for an IU game. Great place to be away from the hustle and bustle of campus, but not too far that you can't get there. would love to come back to fish and enjoy the trails.

This is our second stay at Denise’s condo while visiting our daughter at IU. It’s a lovely convenient warm place and Denise is just as lovely to deal with. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay on Anna Lee Lane. Convenient location and not far from campus. We will definitely be back. Spotless and very comfortable!!!

Had a wonderful weekend getaway in “Peace”. We loved the hot tub, especially at night when you could hear and see the wildlife. Kitchenette was perfect for brining home leftovers when we went to Bloomington to eat. Peter was very polite and responded quickly when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at the Hidden Shroom! So cute and perfect for a weekend getaway. Loved the style and design of the little apartment and all of the amenities for humans and their pets!

Very clean and cozy. The view from outside was also very nice. The owners downstairs kept to themselves and were very quiet so we didn’t really notice they were there.
