Sweet cottage right in the middle of the village, and easy to get to amazing walks and views in the Quantocks, beautifully decorated and comfortable, we loved our stay. The chimes of the village clock might disturb light sleepers as others have noted but otherwise Rebecca's cottage is perfect in every way.

Buzzard Oak Barn is an absolute gem of a place and exactly what we were looking for - somewhere quiet and private away from everything with a log burner to make it feel lovely a cosy in the cold winter evening. Angela was brilliant with her clear and polite communication right from when we booked to stay - we really appreciated the option to have Oat milk and Orange juice as alternatives. Overall a 10/10 stay and definitely somewhere we would love to visit again in the future. S&S 😊

Mill Pond Cottage is an absolute delight. Nicola and Julian are the perfect hosts. The cottage is on a farm and stands adjacent to a mill pond. Its setting could not be more perfect. We really valued the peace and also learning about the farm and how it is being run in a sustainable way. The building itself is built to a high modern standard and very well equipped. The beds and furniture are comfortable, the kitchen is well provided with larder supplies and there are lovely touches, such a an amazing supply of games for children and adults. Our welcome was very warm. There is a very comprehensive folder containing local recommendations, maps, information and walking routes. The area is wonderful: at the edge of the Quantocks and near to the coast. There is much to do and see. As a regular Airbnb guest, Mill Pond Cottage gets my highest approval

I didn't want to come home ! This was probably the most relaxing trip we have had in a while; we felt at home as soon as we walked in. Tastefully decorated and furnished to a high quality, a well thought out property with lovely space and features. Bed was comfy with lovely bedding .. Luke and verity are great hosts and very responsive. The garden was perfect for the dog, and watching the pheasants in the garden in the morning was just fabulous! There is a pub walking distance ( opening times vary ) and the Sunday lunch was great . We drove daily to Minehead beach for a long walk, around a 15 min drive, also Blue anchor beach and Dunster the same distance . We will definitely return.
