Stayed over Christmas (2 adults, 1 child) - perfect location for visiting family between York and Leeds - only 30 minute drive to each city. Description and space was as described - included high chair for our baby, travel crib and also some toys & books for our son to play with during the stay. The property is next to the road with street parking, but we did not hear anything while in the property, and had no issues with parking on the street directly outside the front door. The smaller of the 2 rooms (ideal for child is on the back side of the property anyway). In the village there are 2 pubs which serve food, and an Indian restaurant which was very good (note if you order online they do want payment to be in cash), the tea room is small but has great cakes and was about a 2minute walk from the front door so lots of options if not wanting to travel or get something close by. This property was fantastic for us and we would absolutely utilize again!

Hayley's place lived up to all the excellent reviews. Spotlessly clean, cozy and in a great location. Had a perfect stay during the Christmas holidays and look forward to returning!!
