This is a great place to stay near NH Guam. There’s a mall very close by with a bunch of food/shopping options. Perfect place for a long term stay - he has everything you could need!

Since I had never been to Guam I was apprehensive when choosing where to stay. I cannot explain how incredibly happy I am that I selected Michelle's property!! It is a truly beautiful space. Extremely clean, very spacious, updated appliances, washer and dryer. Watching the incredible sunsets over the ocean siting on the balcony was a huge bonus!! I was very very comfortable for the 2 weeks I spent visiting my daughter. It was a home away from home which is exactly what I was hoping for!! The condo is right in the middle of Guam! If you wanted to go do activities north or south it was very quick and easy to get to any destination you desired!! Also, Michelle was an above and beyond an amazing host! She responded immediately to any questions I had and was exceptionally helpful!! Thank you so very much Michelle!!!

Great place to stay in Guam extremely close to the airport and Don Quixote. You can walk down to Tumon or get a rental GCOO scooter nearby and roll down there. Started feeling like home towards the end.

The unit was easy to check-in to and it had everything we needed for a stay over the weekend. It was very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this unit for anyone looking to stay in the area or on Guam in general.
