Nice cozy and fresh cottage overlooking the lake.

Got together with some friends from back home I hadn't seen since moving to Sweden for a weekend of Nature, Board Games, Good Food and Sauna and this place was perfect for it. Really loved our stay and the huge windows make you feel like you're waking up in nature, with many different birds around and just overall great vibes. The peace and quiet really is unmatched and Arthur even gave us Fishing Equipment and opened the barn that has been converted in a play space with table tennis, a basketball hoop and the like. Just don't underestimate the amount of firewood you need for a really hot sauna, we went through a big sack of it (like you can buy at the grocery store) in three days of daily use. Next big grocery store is 20 minutes by car, but that gives you exactly the peace we came here for. 10/10 and we'll be back!

We had a wonderful weekend in the little house, it was exactly what we needed - a calm and cozy place to get away from the city! We felt right at home and even got some eggs from Peggy's chicken and some treats for our dog - that was so lovely! The small terrace is perfect for having breakfast, and the house has everything you need. We had a wonderful time, thanks so much!

No complaints at all and we will be back there next week for a night when we travel home. It's cosy and peaceful and if we lived closer we'd visit for a longer break.
