Where to begin Where to begin? From the very first contact Moudi was responsive, helpful, respectful and precise with all of his communications, whether they were responses to our endless questions about Zanzibar, (as we had never been out of Europe before this holiday) or questions about what turned out to be the most sumptuos villa, (and private beach spot with Mohammed to look after you), a couple could ask for, so yes, Villa Uzuri, and the Host, Moudi, are THE BEST CHOICE you could make for a holiday on an idyllic island in the Indian ocean. Saying all of this does fill us with some dread because we feel we don't want to share our happy place!! Thats how we feel about Villa Uzuri.

James is a very responsive host. Upon arrival, the staff, Amina, took care of everything . Any questions or issues she handles! And she’s very lovely to talk to! Showed me everything around the house, recommended some places for me to check. When the electricity kept going out and the weather got windy she came to check on me (there was a weather warning) I really felt well taken care of especially as a solo traveler. Towels and linens smelled super clean and fresh. The room is well lit, I loved the shower room, super clean. Mosquito nets on all windows were also a plus. Overall great stay, I’d stay here again.

If you’re looking for a quite remote place with good internet and a super friendly and welcoming host. Just book you won’t find better! Great rooms with everything you need. Very quiet and tranquil environment :)
