The apartment is great, everything is as accurate as stated in the posting. Communication is easy and fast with Dai and Maiko, with detailed instructions. Checking in and out is hussle free and easy. Location is convenient.

This is my second visit. This is the best place to stay

Mio San place is very cozy, clean n convenient. Everything that you need is in the apartment. Mio is very nice and helpful lady n she gives me all the instruction of how everything works in the apartment in person. I have a very satisfying experience staying in Mio San place.

The apartment has everything we needed as a family of three. Everything was clean and quite well maintained. We especially liked the tatami and having our own washer. It did take some time to get to the center but the amenities around the apartment were really great. There was a family mart almost right next door and a shopping area down the street with a grocery store, a big DAISO and a park, pretty much everything we would ever need for a long term stay. Venturing a bit further, there were many restaurants and more groceries stores within 15 mins walk. We visited during winter so it was cold in the kitchen but the AC/heater unit was powerful enough to keep the room warm. The stove was a portable stove with propane cans and Sakura was prompt to provide us with replacements as well as other supplies we needed. The toilet was quite small but it’s pretty typical for studio apartments in Japan. Also worth a mention that the communication with Sakura was always responsive and helpful!
