Holiday rentals with a pool in Minh Phú

We had a few hiccups with our original Airbnb, so our review is solely based on our experience with the hosts and not this exact listing. The hosts were very communicative and responsive to all my questions. They had a staff member to help us with check-in, especially when we had a really late check-in. They were willing to be flexible and helpful. They also helped us arrange for a car pick up from the airport. The rooms we were in were spacious; water pressure and air conditioner worked really well. Good location that was a quick Grab away from the main attractions; we also had access to a coffee shop downstairs that was spacious and cool. Overall the hosts were clear and the space was good! We initially wanted one place with four rooms, with a shared communal living room for our party, however we ended up with four separate rooms on the same floor, which ended up working well. They were sure to accommodate specifically what we asked for when there was a minor hiccup! Great hosts.

this place is perfect for getting out of the hustle and bustle of the city. All employees are very friendly and super accommodating. When I didn't go so well on the day of departure, we were also allowed to check out later. On excursions, we were always helped directly to organize a car. It is really a very nice and quiet place. the food is also super delicious.

It would be very nice

Everything was really wonderful! Linh went to hand because we wanted to check in faster and offered us a larger apartment that he had available earlier. The only thing that didn't match was the price of the pool, we were told that one resident pool ticket was free, and the rest of the guests at 150,000 vnd per ticket. In fact, we all had to pay after 177,500 for the ticket, for the resident there was only a 15% discount. It's possible that the pool scammed us

It was easy to find the accommodation, and there were shared amenities around the accommodation (restaurant, swimming pool, gym, etc.), so I was able to solve everything inside. All facilities were the same as the photos It was very nice and I enjoyed it comfortably before heading out. I highly recommend this place. ^ ^

Fantastic staff and beautiful apartment. Everything was spotless and exactly as listed. We booked at the very last minute and were able to check in immediately. Area was quiet from street noise but a little far from Old Quarter central so not as much available near by, however taxis were very cheap so was not an issue. Staff were also very helpful in organising local tours.

Absolutely stunning! The lake and the house are just beyond beautiful. The host is super nice and recommended us such a cool local market 10minutes away from the house. It’s 30min away from the Airport and besides you can rent a motorbike Right at the house. If you have the chance, you should definetely stay here. We loved it!

Hannah is the best Airbnb host I have ever had. I have been renting her apartment long-term, and without a doubt she is the most attentive landlord. She ALWAYS responds to my messages in such a quick manner, and she is always willing to help me with anything I ask. Hannah’s home has truly felt like my home away from home

the apartment is very beautiful, very clean. interior is very good. kitchen is good. bathrooms and bathtub are clean. she helped us in booking cab as well in cheaper prices. overall experience was wonderful. highly recommendable

Trang’s place is really nice and big. We needed a place to stay near the Hanoi Grand Plaza Hotel and Trang’s place was just perfect. It’s a 3 to 5 minute walk from the Airbnb to the hotel. It is beside a mall (Vincom) so getting grocery and shopping is easy. The unit is spacious and the beds were big. The bathrooms were clean. It has a functioning refrigerator and TV, as well as fast internet. Trang is very responsive. She asks us how we are doing. And when we needed to have the linens changed, she got to the unit in 10 minutes. Just note that the place is 30 to 40 minutes away from the Old Quarter by Grab. We purposely chose Trang’s place as we had business to do in Hanoi Grand Plaza. Thanks for the amazing stay Trang! Her place is highly recommended.

I was quite satisfied and stayed during my 20-day business trip to Hanoi. The host is very kind, makes temporary residence certificates, and quickly addresses various requests. The apartment was also pleasant, very comfortable, and it was a satisfying stay. If I come to Hanoi again next time, I would definitely use it. Thank you Nhung😀

Fifth floor apartment with all mod cons. Co-hosts are very responsive, good location in a quieter part of Hanoi with lots of street food/restaurants, a high end shopping mall and West Lake within walking distance. There are a few bits that need sorting out but the co-hosts are proactive enough to get them resolved. Would recommend staying here.
