Nice and clean space in a quiet neighborhood. Very easy drive to visit Gloucester and Rockport areas. Easy check in with no issues.

My wife and I came to Rockport after a week in NYC. After getting lost in the Bronx on our last day we finally made it to Rockport :) The house was comfortable and warm with no clutter. We used the veranda off the living room in the morning and watched some wild turkeys sneak through the yard. We sat in the back yard in the evening which was idyllic. The bed was comfortable and there was more than enough room to hang our clothes and really settle in. Laminated instructions were on the table in the living room telling you everything you need to know. Kevin was accommodating and available for any questions. I would highly recommend staying at this house not just because of how nice and comfortable the house is but because of how incredibly nice Rockport is as well as the people who live there. Super friendly folks everywhere we went and the area can only be described as beautiful and quaint. A train station not too far away took us to Salem for 10 bucks round trip. Pretty cool.

We enjoyed our 6 night stay at Maryanne’s. It’s the perfect space for a couple or single person. The house is about a half an hour walk to the downtown Bear Skin Neck area or to the commuter rail which was very convenient for us. Maryanne had everything we needed and was very welcoming! Had fresh baked bread waiting for us when we arrived which was a very nice surprise! We were visiting Massachusetts to explore Salem around Halloween time and Boston. We ended up really enjoying Rockport and it’s the perfect distance from surrounding cities.

All I can say is I can’t wait to return! Everything about this place was absolutely amazing, and Emily was a wonderful, generous, and thoughtful host. The place was clean, has the most incredible location, and the welcome note and snacks were a lovely and very personal touch.
