Beautiful house! We were two families with 5 children, we enjoyed the outdoor space so much. Impeccable pool and optimal layout of the house for two families. Relatively close to downtown even if you need the Car to reach it. In the area there are two supermarkets that can also be reached on foot or by bicycle.

Stefanos house is a true gem just 30min away from Meteora. The pool, the terrace, the whole decoration in the house and garden - everything is perfect. You immediately feel at home and relaxed. Stefanos is an exceptional host. Easy on communication and very caring. He got a huge welcome package with drinks and food and were also welcome to enjoy figs from their garden. We loved every minute we were staying there. Thank you for having us!

Amazing place for vacation and rest! Great house, clean pool and environment! The host was so polite and friendly. Always there for anything we asked. They have put water in fridge for us plus some snacks and fruits! Loved it 🥰

WE HAD A GREAT CHRISTMAS IN BEAUTIFUL KALAMPAKA. GREAT PEOPLE AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP YOU VERY GOOD FOOD IN THE TAVERNS OF KALAMPAKAS AND THE SURROUNDING VILLAGES. TRIKALA-ELATI-PARTOULI-LIMNI PLASTIRA AND METSOVO VERY CLOSE FOR ONE-DAY EXCURSIONS. THE ACCOMMODATION WAS PERFECT WITH ALL THE AMENITIES. AUTONOMOUS HEATING AND WARM FULL WATER 24 hours a day. ALL COFFEE supplies -THEKTEL. THE ROOM DECORATED WITH CHRISTMAS STORAGES LIKE THE GARDEN. INCREDIBLE QUIET AND VIEW OF THE ROCKS OF METEOROI.A GREAT COMMUNICATION WITH THE HOST ANY TIME OF THE DAY BY PHONE. Great location near the center of town, had lots of amenities available and check in was very easy. Most importantly, hosts were incredibly helpful a month before the trip in helping plan things and give suggestions thank you!

The house was beautiful,modern and clean. It had all the facilities in terms of appliances, heating with radiators and a/c. There was hot water 24/7. Mrs. Katerina is very kind and hospitable like everyone in the village. Me and my friends were more than happy. The location is also convenient to the distance from the surrounding areas (Karditsa, Trikala, Meteora). We highly recommend this home and will do it again. Thanks for everything!

Something very unusual and beautiful, large property with outdoor pavilion where we spent our evenings. ..like an old mansion with plenty of decoration, like someone's home. New good mattresses..There were four of us, everyone thrilled, didn't want to leave. Diagonally opposite a good inexpensive tavern, good starting point for Meterora, Trikala and much more. Super nice landlord!

Perfect stay, everything in the room, the host even prepared snacks and pet beds for our pets, the host was responsive and welcoming, the house has a perfect view, thank you very much and will definitely book again next time.

If you are coming to visit Ioannina, look no further for a place to stay! Nikos' apartment is impeccable, beautifully appointed and gorgeous. Everything is absolutely top notch and you couldn't ask for a more perfect location within the citadel. There are incredible restaurants minutes away! Our stay was only 2 days but we were so relaxed we could have stayed for much longer. And Nikos is an incredible host who was there to help us with everything we needed. The extremely comfortable king-sized bed with perfect linens, the fantastic bathroom, and the wonderful radiator heating (we came here in the winter) along with the spacious and comfortable living room, lovely dining room and all the furnishings make this place 5 stars! Cannot recommend enough!

Great experience. You're in Trikala, but the house is in an area that makes you feel like you're in the countryside. Potamaki, park, playground where you can leave the little older children alone and see them from the courtyard of the house. The house is excellent, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very cozy for the winter with its fireplace. We'll definitely close it and spring-summer.
