Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mile End

It's a well equipped and compact modern apartment with private balcony in the heart of the city. It's two blocks from the Central Market and China town. It's a short walk to the free hop on hop off bus around the city. The city is surrounded by park land so you are never far from nature. Wine tasting tours are a 7 min walk away. Airport is about 10 minutes away. Bed was super comfy and the overhead fan was awsome. Definitely recommend!

Came to Adelaide to perform with my choir at the Fringe Festival. There were three of us stayed at Andrew's. The unit was very clean, comfortable & spacious. Great pub next door and local IGA close by. Walking distance to Rundle Mall and Central Markets and also very handy to buses and trams. The Glenelg tram in only a couple of blocks away. We had a fantastic 3 night stay and would definitely stay at this accommodation again if it was available. Many Thanks Andrew.

Helen was a great host, upon arrival we were greeted with a box chocolate; cosy and sparky clean unit, very comfortable bed and walking distance to all restaurants.

Amy’s place was just what we were after when visiting! Not only was the apartment clean and contained all the necessary amenities for us but also walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the beach. Amy was also very friendly and super easy to communicate with.

Stayed here with my wife and baby for 3 months while I was in Adelaide on business, can recommend it! Good: *David is great, he brought some extra stuff for our baby and some additional things that were missing for a longer stay, and fixed any issues that came up *Location - next to Rundle St., Adelaide train station, and the Botanic Gardens/Torrens, it's really the best location I can imagine staying in Adelaide if you need to work in the CBD *The gym is good and hardly ever busy *Shower and appliances OK: *The kitchen wasn't ready for doing a lot of cooking for long-term, so we bought a few things, maybe they will still be there :) otherwise a good kitchen though *The little balcony is loud because of AC units on the neighboring building, so we used it less than expected. Additionally, the neighboring balcony is I think a break room for the staff of the on-site hotel and sometimes their garbage would blow over The pool was closed the entire time and progress seemed slow

Pav's place is incredibly welcoming and easy to feel right at home in! My car felt safe in the underground parking and the main CBD was a comfortable 30minute stroll. I'd happily stay in Pav's place again!

A peaceful place to base ourselves while exploring Adelaide. The property is beautifully appointed, quiet and a relaxing place to hang out. Communication with hosts was excellent, they were only too happy to help with queries. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Beautiful location on the foreshore. Very comfortable beds great having three bathrooms. Kitchen needed a Coffee machine. Fan in ground floor room did not work. Lawn out the front could have done with a drink, very dry almost dead. Parking limited to 3 cars. Over all very comfortable stay in a great location, had to remind ourselves we were in Adelaide, very quiet. Great walking path along foreshore to Pubs and Surf Clubs. Recommend...

Sarah’s place is quiet and comfortable, with convenient access to shops and a short drive into the city. We were so impressed by how perfectly clean it was when we arrived, with plenty of generous touches to make us feel at home. We were staying to support a family member during a time of illness and having a safe, comfortable home base near family and familiar surroundings was a gift. Thank you Sarah.

From the get go we loved our experience and stay at Jackys. The apartment was lovely and the extra thoughtful bits and pieces around the place (like the coffee pod machine with plenty of pods) were so appreciated. Plus extra towels and toilet paper made it very convenient. Internet was great, aircon worked really well, both downstairs and upstairs. Kitchen was super clean and easy to use. The washing machine was amazing! I now want to upgrade my own at home haha The beds were so comfy ! I slept in both as we have little young ones who needed help getting to sleep in the new place! But even they settled easily with the lovely dark rooms once the shutters are closed. Jackys communication and helpful tips during our stay were great and we were so happy with our stay the whole time, we’ll definitely book again! Highly recommend!

I couldn't have booked a better place for my stay in Adelaide. The house is really comfortable, clean, the towels and sheets are great quality and Tania leaves you with all of the supply you need for your stay, from toilet paper, to dishwasher soap, cleaning materials, all everyday kitchen utensils and equipment that you need. Tania and her husband are also very responsive and helped us with everything we needed, they are true Super Hosts! I highly recommend this place and host.

This is a weird review - I was travelling to Adelaide to work for two months, but had an accident before I left and was unable to travel. Vince was so helpful and flexible in allowing me to have my replacement colleague stay in my place. I was gutted, as I was really looking forward to my stay. However - my colleague says "The house was great - really homely, in a great spot with plenty of good shops walking distance away. And the hosts were very accommodating with great communication". As for me - will still be top of my list if I ever get back to Adelaide for another job! Thanks for all your help.

Deb's apartment exceeded our expections. She's an amazing host and has thought of every last detail to make her guests feel welcome! The place is tastefully styled and very spacious. The building itself boasts character. It is in a perfect location located in the CBD, all we needed was in walking distance, trams & buses included. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this stay.

Great location, nice views of both ocean and Adelaide hills. Excellent cross breeze. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything you needed for a stay. Parking was a snap and a great bonus being covered. Natalie is super friendly and very accommodating. Though we really did not need anything throughout our stay, she made sure to let us know she was there. I would absolutely stay here again.

Well structured apartment with bedrooms separated. Living area is excellent and kitchen very functional. Location is good with first class pub 50m away, their food is sensational. About 1.5km from the centre of Adelaide, an easy walk but 30mins, or do what we did and use the e-scooters. All up good location and convenient.

Apartment was very close to CBD. Perfect location for the price. All kitchen appliances were great. Wifi didn’t seem secure was only downside. Other than that would highly recommend
