Villa holiday rentals in Middle Caicos

My husband and 26 year old daughter stayed at this very spacious home for 8 nights. The home is much bigger than appears in photos. I could see having 6 people stay here and still not getting in each other's way. The pool is beautiful, very clean as well as yard. We cooked several meals at home and drove a couple miles to restaurants too. The beach is technically walkable but with chairs, cooler etc, best to drive the 2 minutes. Free parking and practically no one at the beautiful beach. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful area to spend your vacation, this is a perfect spot. You will need a car to get to things. The grocery store was only a few minutes away, as well as several restaurants. Megan was helpful with suggestions for budget friendly places to eat. We tried Rickie's Flamingo cafe, Cocovan, Salt Bar & Grill, and Bella Luna for pizza which was great. Did the sunset cruise on The Lady Grace our last night. Highly recommend! Book this villa if you desire a peaceful vaca.

Beautiful house, just as described. Extremely clean and welcoming. Peaceful location. We stayed with two kids who loved the pool and hot tub, and the beach was a few minutes away by car. Thank you!

We had a perfect stay at Coconat in Grace Bay for three couples celebrating 50th birthdays. The villa was in beautiful condition with comfortable beds and all of the necessities you would expect like shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, toilet paper, blow dryer, etc. There were abundant beach towels and some extra like sunscreen and sun hats that you might need. Tons of beach, accessories, including chairs, umbrellas and coolers were available. The outside space was gorgeous. We had a private chef come cook for us one evening, and he even commented that the kitchen and grill were well-appointed for him. Nathalie proactively provided TONS of spot-on local information in advance including recommended restaurants and noting where you needed advanced reservations and checked in often throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Cannot wait to come back to Turks! Thank you, Nathalie!

Hey, my stay was amazing and I have a great time. Some of the restaurants are within close range. If I needed help with anything they responded back in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone when they come to stay here.

Stay was great! Really close to the beach, AC, provided beach towels and other useful amenities like sunscreen, a cooler, and chairs. They provided a bunch of recommendations and super communicative!

Everything about the property was described just like the picture..Host was amazing and we will for sure be staying again..Very peaceful location…I loved it!

I stayed here recently for my birthday and everything was SO beautiful! Patricia was so sweet and welcoming and had decorated the villa for my birthday! She even had snacks for us upon arrival! The villa was incredibly clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is in a great location and literally a few minutes walk from the beach! I will 100000% book with Turks Haven Villas in the future!

The view was absolutely incredible in this clean, peaceful, private sanctuary. So many separate areas to sit and relax outside provided variety throughout the week with the opportunity for everyone to relax and read or gather to hang out. Sleeping accommodations, linens, pool, kitchen were all top notch. The drive to Grace Bay wasn't bad, but if you're looking for a social scene, this is not the area (think private luxury with a fantastic beach across the street). We swam in the Sound and the pool daily and loved both (shallow water in the sound, but we were fine with that). Property manager great. Traveling with 3 teenage sons and all gave 2 thumbs up. We hope to return!

Pictures don’t do justice. The villa was amazing. My family and I had the best time of our lives. Communication with property management was very clear and very helpful.

This property was awesome! We loved the location and being able to look out over Dragon Cay and Mudjin Harbor. The service was great. Anytime we had garbage, we could put it out on our front porch in the morning and they would pick it up. We loved that you could walk to the restaurant (which was delicious), to the beach, and even secret beach with its hidden staircase. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely rent there again.

Our stay at Villa Blu was perfection! Our trip was 5 girls for a birthday celebration and the accommodations were on point! The walk to the beach along with the beach accessories was a HUGE highlight. George our concierge was lovely, fast to answer texts and offered local recommendations. We also appreciate told the suggested taxi driver, made us feel safe knowing this person was recommended and he was there whenever we asked. The kitchen was fully stocked, we were able to have breakfast everyday at the villa and a few grilled dinners. If I ever get to return to Provo I would 100% stay here.

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Dallas was very responsive. Home was well appointed. Love the beach down the road. Thank you Dallas for being a great host at a fabulous house!

Wonderful stay at Hakuna Matata! Hope met us at the property and walked us around and explained all the wonderful features. The main attraction was the evening outdoor showers looking up at the stars and the full moon. If your tall enough or tip toe in the outdoor shower you can see the beautiful colors of Long Bay Beach and the many Kiters ripping thru the water. The 2 upstairs bedrooms felt like separate cabanas at the beach each with different colors. Gas grill, hammock, cornhole, blue tooth speakers, and all the cooking utensils you need. The Golf cart allowed us to go separate directions as the kiters took it to Long Bay Beach while others took the rental car to explore Grace Bay Beach. Of course, we would all meet up at HAKUNA MATATA at the end of the day for a relaxing dip in the pool. "No more worries for the rest of your days"

Brandi was a great host and had a great place for our family. Felt very private and safe. Close to everything, especially right off he main leeward highway. Amazing views and clean space. Was also nice to provide us with beach supplies and fresh water for our stay.

The villa was very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the yoga mat and weights for daily exercise routine. There are Smart TV’s in bedrooms to catch up on your Netflix programs and a regular TV with cable stations in the main room. The pool was wonderful, clean, refreshing. Lots of white, plush bath towels and beach towels in lovely bathroom areas in both bedrooms. We love the Leeward location because it is quiet and off the beaten path yet easy to access downtown and Grace Bay Beach. A rental car is necessary. Pelican Beach is a quick drive away or an easy walk. The beach is absolutely beautiful with awesome sunsets … My husband and I had a wonderful, restful vacation in this well appointed villa. Rochelle was easily reachable to answer questions and responded promptly.

This Airbnb was incredible. The host was amazing - responsive, friendly and so helpful! One of the guests in our groups had been to North so had a really good idea of what we’d be getting into - but exceeded all expectations! We were the only people on the beach and it was so peaceful and relaxing!! A few helpful tidbits for north newbies - grab groceries on Provo before coming over (we brought cooler bags and bought ice for transport) and got all of our water from the local store and filled up throughout the week, went out on captain D’s boat (excellent)! Try to bring an umbrella (zero shade by the pool) and bug spray when lounging by the pool (which is expected). AC worked great and we were up with the sun (curtains were thin) but that’s was fine by us, we just made sure to go to bed early. Can’t say enough great things about this place! But if you are looking for fancy touristy resort, stay on Provo (please), if you want relaxing paradise - come to North but keep it a secret 🌴

We had the pleasure of staying at this breathtaking Villa nestled right on the water, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty of the surroundings and the impeccable design of the property. The location was perfect for us as we were seeking tranquility and natural beauty. It sat right on the edge of the canal, offering panoramic views that truly took our breath away. The accommodations themselves were equally impressive. The interior was elegantly furnished with a blend of modern amenities and cozy touches that made us feel right at home. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with large glass doors in the master bed that allowed for stunning views of the water from the comfort of my bed. Lori's hospitality was exceptional. She paid attention to detail and was ensured that all our needs were met. A beautiful home away from home that we can't wait to book again! Thanks for everything Lori, you made our stay memorable!

Our family enjoyed our time at this house. It is a beautiful house and had everything you could need. Kitchen is well stocked, lots of towels, beach towels. The pool was wonderful. It was a peaceful area. It is walkable but it is pretty dark at night. We had a car and parking was never a problem. It is nice to have a car for groceries and driving to other areas of the island. The property is close to many Grace Bay restaurants and beaches. Jacinthe was always very responsive and helpful.

My family and I loved the Island ! Jasmines place has beautiful views a car is a must !!! Nothing is walking distance from her house but you will want a car to explore the island and all its beauty , Jasmine was there to greet us when we got there our plane was delayed from Boston so it was late to arrive directions to the house where a bit tricky , but other than that was a wonderful and enjoyable stay

The Villa looked identical to the photos on the website. It was immaculate, beautiful and comfortable. Everything was updated and in working order including a/c, kitchen appliances, washer/dryer and security system. Our host Julian met us at the door and got us settled in. I contacted him with questions a few times and he responded immediately. We loved watching sunrises and sunsets from our balcony. The bed was super comfortable with a view to die for. The pool was pristine and the beach was beyond gorgeous. We floated, kayaked and paddle-boarded in crystal clear water no deeper than our waist. The sand was pure white and powdery. Taylor Bay is a hidden treasure. We barely went anywhere else as we had a private paradise just steps from our front door. You will need a car as it is a 20 minute ride to town. Heads up - food is outrageously expensive and the locals are crazy drivers. Some highlights for us were kayaking in the mangroves and meals at Omar’s Beach Hut and Coco Van.

Amazing! We visited the Blue Haven Marina everyday and it was a quick 4 minute drive away.
