A beautiful weekend at This house, incredibly stocked entertaining kitchen, beautiful soft beds with linen coverings so gorgeous to sleep in. Indoor- outdoor spaces so perfect for beachside days. We absolutely loved our stay.

Lee was very kind to open up her wonderful home to us! Spectacular views, super easy access to the beach and local cafes, and the kitchen and bathrooms were super tidy and had all the right utensils. Would highly recommend staying.

It was amazing! The place is well equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay! The surroundings are gorgeous, peaceful, and very private! The pool was a great addition! We had two families of 4 and it was super comfortable!

Perfect house for our family visit. The location was great with The Flow Bar 500m away, direct beach access and fantastic Thai at Naga Thai. The house was well equipped and well layed out.

A beautiful home, absolutely spotless clean, has everything you need. So spacious, full kitchen, full laundry. Lovely location close to absolutely everything. A private area with beautiful Balinese garden. Thank you Shannon for a lovely stay.

Great place and location right onto the beach and walking distance to the sand dunes! The unit has enough space for a family and it was given to us in spotless conditions. Sue was very welcoming and polite and even let us use her car spot and fridge after checking out so we could enjoy an extra morning and have your lunch when needed. We would definitely come back again.

Nice 2 bedroom apartment, all on one floor, but upstairs. Photos showed a pool which I thought was private on the balcony but there isn’t one, there is a pool in the hotel resort adjacent however so that’s fine. Very central to the wine region with lovely wineries all around.

Exactly as described in the listing. Awesome location less than three minutes to the surf club and the main street in Sawtell. The place is modern and well furnished. We enjoyed many of the board games provided). The beach (4 minutes walk) has great waves for boogie boarding and calm waves for little kids. The cafe at the surf club is excellent. The beach want very busy (even on a great Sunday in mid-January). The Sawtell main street (4 minutes walk from the AirBNB and the surf club) is busy and had great restaurants, bars, a convenience store, bakeries, an ice-creamery and other shops but still had the feel of a beach-side country town. There is also a Woolies, Coles and Kmart 5 minutes drive away.

Highly recommend this Airbnb. The owners were lovely and great to communicate with. The property was beautiful and in an amazing location. We will definitely be returning!

This place was perfect for us and our couple friends, plenty of space and lots of things to do to keep us busy at the air bnb, I recommend staying as it highly affordable. I asked for an early check in the night before too and the host didn’t even hesitate to say no. Perfect place to stay with a group to relax

The house is beautiful on the inside and out! Pool is great and lovely temperature at any time of day. I recommend bringing an umbrella or cabana to hold/put on the edge on the pool for shade but great feature having it as close to the house and our favourite part! Spacious outdoor entertaining area and new big inside dining table for the whole group to eat together.

We had an amazing stay! The place is super cozy, with lots of space and such a nice connection with nature. We loved relaxing by the fireplace in the evenings – very relaxing. Totally recommend it for a peaceful getaway.

Winney’s Place was beautifully renovated, functional and everything you need for a family beach holiday. I loved the family history of the apartment. Great amenities for families, walking distance to the beach and cafes. Cath was a responsive and helpful host.

Our first reaction when walking into this beautiful property was that it looked even better than it did in the photos. It’s a gorgeous place, so well decorated and cared for. It truly feels like home with all the little touches. The kitchen is well outfitted. We cooked both nights (although Judy gave us lots of recommendations if we wanted to go out), and had everything we needed. If you’re golfers, the place couldn’t be better located. We walked across the street to the pro shop, picked up our cart and drove back to the cars to load our clubs. So easy. The Supermarkets are a couple of minutes drive away, and there is everything you need nearby. We highly recommend Judy’s place and are already planning to return.

I loved this place . The location was wonderful but Meg is one of the best hosts I have ever encountered from tasteful decorations, plenty of useful inclusions and excellent responsiveness. Great place to relax and work amidst the kangaroos .
