Whilst we only visited for a long weekend, the unit and location had all you need for a longer term stay. The onsite pool and beach access was great, plus we enjoyed that Sapphire Beach was only a short drive away. Such a gem of a spot was only made better by the thoughtful hosts. You were responsive and friendly, gave great instructions, and seem like lovely people. Thanks for having us in your home.

We had a fantastic experience at akka shack! It was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect — it's close to everything you need, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient, tidy, and pleasant place to stay with a great big balcony to watch sunrises and relax in the afternoon !

To keep it short and simple, one of the best experiences by far. Proactive communication, friendly, honesty and most certainly one of the cleanest places we have stayed hands down. Hats off to Scott, everything is as advertised and would recommend to anyone! Fantastic!

Such a great place to stay, one street back from the beach, 5 min walk to the beach, shops, restaurants & playground. A perfect spot to unwind!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Morna Magic! It was our first family holiday with our 5month old. The place was private clean and equipped with all amenities. Location was a stones throw away from the beautiful Birubi Beach and Tomaree National Park Trail making it easy without taking pram etc. Mark was proactive and responsive with all communications. Will definitely come again!

We had a wonderful stay - very comfortable beds - great amenities- great location - lovely views from the front porch looking out over the mountains and a lovely quite street. Highly recommend Jon’s home.

This was our fourth stay at Misty River Lodge and won’t be our last. My family, including our little Jack Russell Terrier, loves Helen and Craig’s place. I especially love seeing how the gardens have evolved. We enjoy visiting the beaches up and down the coast — Scotts Head is a favourite — and we love to find new places to eat. Coffs Harbour is only a 45 minute drive north and South West Rocks is just 30 minutes south, so it’s a really central location and close to the highway but so quiet and peaceful. The bird song is relaxing and if you’re an early riser, you might even see the local swamp wallaby down near the creek. We were treated to fresh quail eggs, deliciously sweet tomatoes and tasty vegetables from the garden. As Helen said when we arrived… “Welcome home!” … because it does feel like a home away from home.

This might be one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed at! Old Bar is a really nice and quiet community on the beach. The tiny town center is a few blocks away and has all the essentials, grocery store, a few restaurants, and and ice cream parlour. Graeme's place is very spacious, comfortable, and well thought out. The house has great views of the ocean and the beach is just a 3 min walk away. If you're looking for a relaxing get away, this is your place! Can't wait to stay again!

Perfect for a short stay in the area to explore. Added bonus that it is pet friendly. Need to always keep the deck gate shut so they can't get out as the property is not fenced. We enjoyed our stay as it was a very peaceful location.

We had the most magnificent stay - what a home! So close to town, but with the best view across the beach, river and hinterland. Pool was an awesome bonus! Kids Loved it. House was so fully equipped, felt like home! We will be back, thank you.

The best air bnb I’ve stayed in! The home was beautiful, spotless and clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were divine!! Felt like you were in your own home and had more than everything we needed for our stay! Would stay again and again! Highly recommend! Alicia the host was also lovely and helpful!
