The house is wonderful. Impeccable cleaning. Very friendly, thoughtful, and helpful hosts. They indicated great beaches. We love the stay. The walk to the nearest beach is about 20 minutes, but as the neighborhood is quiet it was great. Near the house there is a market, bakery, pharmacy, and various trades. Thank you so much, it was great!

Dona Georgina was extremely kind and requests, from our first contact she answered all my doubts. I booked the house to spend the weekend with the family and also to make my wedding, as we fell in love with the place. So much nature around and everything super well taken care of to see Dona Georgina and her husband have a lot of zeal for everything. We were greeted with a delicious cake and coffee, the house was impeccable, freshly painted, chopped grass, pruned trees, zero dust, really clean and organized. Compleissima Kitchen, large bathrooms, comfortable rooms, I only have compliments. About my wedding, the green around gave all the charm I needed, we used some tables from the place for the decoration and it was very beautiful. The place is large and spacious, it accommodated all the guests in a comfortable way and we only received praise. We will definitely be back, my family is already making plans for our next stay. Thank you Dona Georgina and her husband for everything!!

The stay was good, who received us was Maria, super solicit. Checkin and checkout were flexible because there was no other booking than ours. Unfortunately the beach which is located on the block below, it is so improbable that the sand comes to be black, but this has nothing to do with our host. Home, super clean, utensils also clean. Comfortable and well airy rooms. The air in the room was not catching but the fans in the house are very good. In relation to the pool area of the building, it was great, we made the reservation and we were able to barbecue without any kind of complaint. The super clean pool and use it alone, the residents of the building seemed to care. I'll come back more often

Leandro's district is very pleasant, apartment had everything we need during the stay. The mattresses were good and the showers were good. For the heat , it was great to have air conditioning. The walk to the beach is close by and the beach service taking the chairs and the sunguard made a difference. Leandro was very kind and always answered us when requested. The condo is very clean and organized and the pool is good. Nearby had an excellent pizzeria and also a Japanese restaurant. We were on foot for dinner. I intend to host again on an upcoming trip.

great apartment to welcome the family and rest. super close to the beach, building staff are super friendly and the location of the stalls on the beach was great. i loved that it had blackout in the bedrooms, great for maintaining children's sleep routine.

We were from the 16th to the 20th in the apartment of Renata and simply the children loved it. the location is otima, the building has things for the children, including a heated pool that was not described and the children loved too much. The apartment is large and very airy, has protective screens for children and also mosquitoes. The employees are very helpful. We love everything! The building is clean, quiet and noisy. The pools are well taken care of and have for the little ones, my children loved it. The building is close to the beach, in a quiet place. I stayed 2 weeks with my family in the apartment of Renato and Joice, where we had an incredible experience. The great location, clean, comfortable, secure location, and offer everything we needed. The employees were very helpful and polite, especially the caretaker Roque, as well as the Hosts, who have always helped us quickly throughout our stay.
