Espaço super faithful to the photos and inside an extremely complete condominium. Lourenzo was quite a host! Agile and efficient in all the questions and questions we had. The house beyond cosy is super complete, with exactly everything one needs and even more! We will definitely come back more often.

The house is extremely beautiful and comfortable. The only weak point is that you can't walk to the beaches. Rooms with comfortable beds, quality furniture, impeccable upstairs bathroom, hammocks, chairs, kitchen, minibar, everything very wonderful. We think it's a good value, even if it's far from the beaches and doesn't have a pool. The Wolf, responsible for the house, is very helpful. A house to spend a month.

I loved the stay, very comfortable and clean house, much better than the photos, you will be surprised, condominium with good neighbourhood and good privacy, has a river of fresh water in front of the house, very good location, close to the best beaches of Caraguatatuba, and from Ubatuba too, I will definitely return haha!

The house is very nice, spacious. The garden is beautiful, the river in the background is wonderful. The noise of the waterfall is very relaxing. The rooms are air-conditioned and we were not warm at night, but it was rainy. The access is by dirt street, and it was bumpy because of the rain, but we chose a place in the middle of the forest, so we expected. Priscila was extremely attentive, flexible check-in, we promptly answered. This is a place to really rest, without luxury, in the middle of the woods.

Our stay was great, clean, organized and well equipped with air conditioning and fan. Balcony with washer and barbecue. Perfect Apartment, Valdecir and the staff of the building were helpful and attentive. We even got an electric bomb to fill the volleyball. Great location, close to the beach, market and Fármacia. We love the space, the street is quiet and the view is very beautiful. Only a few points to improve: the water pressure is very weak, making it difficult to shower and for those who intend to work during the period, the internet fluctuates a lot and sometimes it gets slow. There is also a lot of power outage.

I had another flawless stay in this cozy apartment in Lagoinha Beach. The location is excellent, close to the sea and local trades, and the environment was impeccably clean and well-organized. The Apartment is simple and extremely cozy. It has all the items mentioned in the listing. The kitchen has several very useful items and pots. The location is great, very close to the beach. We just gave bad luck from the beach to be improper during the period we stayed. But this was no problem, since the location is great and close to everything. On top of everything, Tamires responds very quickly and it was a lot of requests. We definitely recommend the site.

We were at this Carnival and I highly recommend hosting! The apartment was extremely clean, as well as being a grace and cozy! Some details made a total difference, the apt has air-conditioning in the bedroom and a fan in the bedroom and in the living room, has a mosquito screen in the windows and an outside area in the apartment! The condominium has a restaurant and is very well located in Praia da Lagoinha! The rooftop pool is a delight and the wonderful view!! We enjoyed the accommodation very much and will be back for sure !

The site exactly as the photos, with generous nature in a place very well taken care of all the details necessary for a comfortable stay. The views of the lookout within the property both during the day and at night are really spectacular. Although the rural area is naturally a little distant from the city we feel very safe and welcomed at the place. We visited one day the Pimenta waterfall, which housed on the site one of the first hydroelectric plants that supplied Cunha, already deactivated for decades but with the site very well maintained and without bureaucracy or restrictions on the visitation. On the weekends there is a small cafeteria open in the building of the plant that serves visitors with honest prices.

We spent a very delicious weekend, a quiet place with a beautiful view. The house is very complete, we do not miss anything, the homemade Tiago extremely helpful and helped us a lot. Augusto also very kind, easy to communicate, surprised us with the delivery of a cake for the afternoon coffee, small gestures make a lot of difference.

Simply perfect! Quiet and pleasant place, all the residents are helpful, it was extremely relaxing for me and my family. I took my pets and they loved it. Literally a backyard waterfall. When we arrived everything was extremely neat and smelling, a fragrance that lasted the three days, I loved it too much! On the first day the gas ran out and soon the Nikollas came to replace, very requested. I highly recommend it to those who want to rest and also get to know Paraty, as it is 20 minutes from the center by car, very quiet. I want to come back more times! So you have to be a little more careful if you're taking kids
