Our stay was great! Hélio and his staff are always on hand to attend via whats, including tips and guidelines in addition to those related to the house. Very well equiped house, comfortable and very clean pool! Our group of young people greatly took advantage of the space and td what was offered. The eh beach and the perfect sea, the bus inside the condominium and umcharme apart and the security gave us peace of mind.

Note 10 is not enough ! About the house simply amazing as the photos and that's a mere detail ! Speaking of Mr. Roberto, I don't remember being treated so well by a person like that, calling him Host is little ! It is a real example of a person. I went with my family to celebrate my birthday and it was just perfect! Lu and Erasmo are excellent hosts. Cherished and super people available to make our stay the best possible. The house is very good, clean and well equipped, it has all kitchen utensils working very well. There are great fans in the living room and bedrooms. Having two bathrooms helps a lot, one inside and one outside. The Shower and the shower are excellent. The river on the door of the house is the differential that makes everything more special. It has to drive to the beaches and markets, but it is well worth it. Our favorite town was Tabatinga, which is ideal for children, because there is the meeting of the river with the sea and we were walking (by sea) to branches in Ubatuba. Mococa beach (also has the river) and cocanha are also amazing. The beaches are wonderful and the stay too!

A magical place. Both the surroundings and the house. The space has beautiful trails and access to the river and waterfalls. The house is a charm, exactly as seen in the photos, with the difference that the photos do not have the smell of the forest, the corner of the cicadas and the freshness after a summer rain. We went with our dear puppy, who loved everything - and it was always on the guide, as we do not have the prepotency to give our freedom to our own at the expense of the freedom of the local fauna. By the way, we saw from the window a family of quatis and there were always butterflies accompanying us on tours. The upper floor, this one that is open in the photos, is a wonderful corner to enjoy the end of the day. The kitchen is super equipped. The refrigerator is a minibar, so just take the right amount that fits, without excesses. Smelly, clean towels.

We were greeted with great kindness and there was flexibility in the check-in and the chech-out, with the willingness and availability to better serve us. The house was very well-equipped, there are also beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas. There is wi-fi and the outdoor and indoor kitchens are great living spaces. The natural swimming pool is practically private and brings a wonderful energy to the ambience. The house was one of the factors that made our holidays even more special. We'll be back for sure!

There are many markets nearby, beaches close by! The apartment is very safe and the pool area is very familiar and has a wonderful view, in my stay there were nice and respectful people throughout the apartment! The apartment is identical to the photos, has a full kitchen, comfortable beds and is well located. Although it is a bit far from the center, it is a great option for those looking for quiet. Duilio's place was exactly as described! Perfect for two nights in Paraty. It's a walk away from the old town but it's a safe walk down the canal, which was beautiful at night. I felt safe the entire time. Fast wifi so I could work remotely. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!

The Apartment is simple and extremely cozy. It has all the items mentioned in the listing. The kitchen has several very useful items and pots. The location is great, very close to the beach. We just gave bad luck from the beach to be improper during the period we stayed. But this was no problem, since the location is great and close to everything. On top of everything, Tamires responds very quickly and it was a lot of requests. We definitely recommend the site.

Israel is a great host. We found the apartment very clean and did not miss anything in our stay. The apartment is very well located, within the Samola condominium. A safe place and very close to Lagoinha beach and sape. Near the Ruins of the Lagoon (we were on foot), a place worth the visit, with the right to a beautiful waterfall bath. Our pet loved the grassy backyard and we left our bikes in the backyard without fear. Very safe condominium, with barbecue and pool for collective use. I recommend it to everyone and we'll be back soon for sure!

The house is beautiful, comfortable and clean, bed and bath linen of great quality, beauty and comfort. The location is easily accessible, without doubtful bifurcations, + or - 30 minutes from Cunha, we did not get rain, but we noticed that in the most difficult regions of the road it was placed, which facilitates a lot on rainy days. The backyard is more beautiful than photos can show, well cared for, beautiful and functional. O Paraíso em Cunha lives up to the name, but what surprised us the most was the reception of Virginia, Wagner, Manezão and Aninha, owners and homeowners respectively. Since the first contact, we already feel the good energy of Virginia: sympathy, joy, availability and goodwill in satisfying us and making us feel as comfortable as possible. The photos match the reality, but live is a thousand times cooler! Very well equipped house and leaves nothing to be desired. Not to mention furniture, objects, dinner games, glasses, cups, bath and bed games, etc., of extreme good taste. The breakfast, prepared by the Aninha is well worth it: Fresh milk drawn from the cow, caipiras eggs of very yellow yolk, cheese bread that I have never eaten better…All a delight! Manezão and Aninha are wonderful human beings with GIANT hearts. Great for “prosear” and very dear ones too. What an amazing experience we had there! Amazing place! Just like the pictures. It is a little out of the way but that is to be expected. It would be helpful to have a car however Marta the host was so helpful and recommended us a taxi driver who was very very helpful and always available when we needed him

Perfect accommodation! The house is beautiful and really true to the comments and photos! Fully equipped in every room with quality items and utensils. We are worried because we have allergic rhinitis and we bring our linen. It was simply unnecessary! Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained. The high point of the house is the deck, in which we were able to relax on the hammock and have breakfast watching the woods, the birds and curious marmoset monkeys eating bananas. We don't even talk about access to the waterfall! The trails are extremely easy, fast and quiet to reach the river and enjoy a whole day in the waterfalls. At night we were able to see the fireflies and sleep to the sound of the river's waters. Anyway, we recommend it to everyone and we certainly have plans to return soon! We live days of rest amid the sound of nature, singing of the birds, running water in the stream, coach of the frogs. How wonderful! The glass house, in the woods, provides an experience of incredible contact with nature. This certainly was one of the best homes I've hosted on Airbnb. Corresponds to the photos and features much more, super complete kitchen, large spaces, sheets and towels of first quality. The host showed a lot of attention and kindness, leaving as a gift, organic vegetables and vegetables, and also a pot of honey. We feel very good! I recommend it to everyone, you'll be surprised!
