Holiday rentals with lake access in Miami Beach

I recently stayed here on a spring break trip and we had an amazing time. The house was beautiful and the heated pool and hot tub were amazing. They let us control the temperatures of both. There were lots of things stocked up in the house to use which was a nice addition. On top of that, we left a few items on accident that the host found and shipped back to us for free. The best!!

The house is super nice, clean, comfortable and cozy for the large group we were. The lake and the sand give it a super good plus. If there were Sheets, towels and cleaning supplies. The host had good communication, always responded to any concerns and super friendly. Recommended 100 percent..

Good stay for a group of 13 guys. Some shared beds but air mattress was available as well. The backyard is the best part of the house with a lot of good space. Very close to the casino which was great. Host was very responsive as we had some issues with check in but he resolved

Hector was very proactive and responsive. He was constantly checking in to make sure everything was going well during our stay and offered to do anything extra to help improve our stay if necessary. The house was very clean upon arrival. The amenities exceeded our expectations. Overall great place to stay!

Lovely beach apartment. Gorgeous shared outdoor space/pool. Only heads up it’s tad noisy when outdoors with airport and road, Guillermo was beyond awesome and very responsive. Would highly recommend this airbnb.

Chloe was very communicative and checked in with us to ensure that we had everything we needed. A lot of the units in the building were short term rentals and we had very friendly neighbors- given that information, we did not hear our neighbors through the walls which was great. Our particular unit was on the corner of the building and had SO MANY windows which was really enjoyable for natural light while also having a border of trees and bushes to keep the street noise down.

This place has the most stunning views and apartment itself for 4 people was very comfortable. Clean , modern , easy access , location and so much more was a plus . I would come back for longer duration next time !

We had a fantastic stay at Val's guest house! It was exactly as described in the listing and provided the perfect space for our family. Val was a wonderful host, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed. The guest house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. One of the best parts was the proximity to the beach – it was just a quick and easy drive, less than 10 minutes! This made it so convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sand with the kids. We highly recommend Val's guest house; we would definitely stay here again!

This was an amazing stay! The host was incredibly responsive to any needs we had during our stay. The space was exactly what we needed for our week away in Florida. Perfect location near grocery stores, a state park, the marina, and lots of bars and restaurants! I definitely would recommend booking through Ventur! ☺️

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

I would highly recommend this well kept property. Everything here is ground level so no neighbors above and easy access to get in the house. This is a quiet peaceful area close to everything. I hope to stay here again next year.

Perfect vacation getaway! Beachfront resort with exceptional staff. Shopping and eateries are all within waking distance. Very relaxing. Dana communicated everything with us. Definitely will use her listing again.

The stay was excellent! I had a little unforeseen with my flight and had to stay one night in Miami! It turned out to be a delight! The building's pool is delicious! Practically on the beach… the boardwalk that has right at the exit of the pool and perfect for roller skating, biking, and even taking a walk. It has two public playgrounds within a comfortable walking distance. The apartment is exactly as pictured and very clean. Besides this, I arrived there already had a bottle of water and a coke waiting for us with courtesy. Thank you very much, I hope to return soon for a longer stay.
