Condo holiday rentals in Miami Beach

Peter’s condo was beautiful, one of our favorite airbnb’s, great security, close to the broadwalk by the beach, many restaurants nearby, and the check-in process was well detailed. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was good and for the most part what was illustrated online. Hopefully this is constructive for the owner and helpful as the investment is minimal. Review is direct and hopefully not for public view….owner make the quick shift for a big ++ Master lights did not work/ bulbs were out in main room Master toilet had plumbing issues/ running & aggressive plumbing backdraw (probably on the building). Go there and flush a few times. Seems like the toilet will explode after 20 min Dish washer had mold so washed everything by hand. This needs an overhaul Water pressure in master sink and kitchen sink were low to non existent Master bedroom just needs a new shower head with dialed in pressure Thanks ago for the rental and overall apartment experience was great

Estilia was a wonderful , responsive host. As I was coming in late, she had brought in a little dinner for me. Arrived on one of the last cold days in Fla and not sure apt was heated. Estilia had a little heater in condo and bought me a heated throw the next day. Apt very clean and uncluttered , but with just the right amount of needed amenities. Thank you for a lovely stay. Hope to be back.

Really enjoyed the space and the location. The gym and pool were a plus.

My family of five had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and spacious. Lorena provided all the items needed to go to the beach. Which was great! Hollywood beach is about 2 miles away. Great location!

The penthouse condo was fabulous. Perfect & safe location, close to the beach & everything. We loved the pools, too. The kitchen was excellent & had everything we needed. The house manual was very helpful & detailed. George was a great communicator & very responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

This is an amazing place. It has a very modern feel with everything you would expect and need for a great stay and even more. The interior layout is very unique and brilliantly thought out so that pocket doors can open up the space or be kept closed for privacy. There are (2) spectacular pools for guests to enjoy. The food on site is awesome and the staff is always friendly and helpful! I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. It really is an amazing place to stay!!

Gabriela’s place was such a pleasure to stay at and she’s a fabulous hostess. I hope to return the next time I visit the area. You will not be sorry to stay here. Thank you, Gabriela!

Hillary’s place was beautiful in an ideal location near the airport and within close proximity to downtown Miami, Coconut Grove and Coral Gables. The residence contained a full array of amenities and the washer and dryer were a plus. Accessibility to the building worked like a charm with the codes provided. My guests and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. It was perfect in terms of the bathrooms, living space, dinning and recreational features such as the jukebox. Many thanks and gratitude are expressed to the host and owner for their hospitality and kindness. Have a wonderful weekend and stay safe always.

We enjoyed our stay at Midblock and found the apartment to be very spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent, with a wide variety of retail stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. It was convenient not having to rely on a car, as we were able to bike to Calle Ocho and Downtown Miami with ease. Additionally, our host was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay.

We have used this property a number of time. The property is always clean and spotless. The staff is very friendly, responsive and accommodating. The property is in a quiet zone with multiple restaurants and shopping nearby, All of this made our 3 week stay more enjoyable. Would recommend it.

Very central, no problem with finding parking. One thing i did not like in the house is white color lighting I would prefere yellow light which is more calm and teanquil.

Great location. Parking was a plus. We appreciated clean white towels and white sheets. Great size apartment. Host was very proactive. The best attraction was not being given a long list of check out chores!

Great place with a great location. Not the highest end place overall but perfect for a budgeted vacation or spring break. People in the building were friendly.

Extremely clean, free of clutter The beds and pillows were comfortable. The parking was great, right by the entrance. I would certainly recommend. Fernando and James were very friendly on the phone. When a surprise cold snap hit they provided us with heaters. Who would’ve thought you need heaters in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area?

Karina’s place was great! It was conveniently located next to restaurants and ocean that we could walk to. The amenities were fantastic, our kids loved the pool! The views of the place were so incredible as well!Thanks!!!!🤩🌊🌴🌞

This property is at the best location- right on A1A which makes it very easy. Beach is exactly 5 minutes from this place and you can see the beach from the bedroom, living room and balcony. Neighbors are friendly. Condo is exactly as listed in the pictures. I highly recommend for both the host and property. Completely worth the price you pay for

He provided excellent recommendations, acted as a helpful guide, and continued to be supportive even after our trip when an emergency arose. I truly appreciated the clear instructions and the thoughtful amenities provided. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would!
