We had a wonderful stay in Roma !!

Alessandro was a good host. Communication from him was excellent and he responded very quickly. The apartment was clean and tidy and ideal for our needs. The public transport network into Rome was good, regular and very close to the apartment. The only negative I had was there was no supermarkets or grocery shops in the area. I would recommend hiring a car if you decide to stay here only to be able to get some shopping.

We loved our month at the garden apartment. The kitchen is perfect for long term stays. The bed is very comfortable. The space is larger that we expected. Alessia & her mother are delightful & very helpful with local tips. Her mom even brought us a Christmas casserole & bottle of sparkling wine! We enjoyed oranges & rosemary from the garden that they allowed us to pick. Bar 39 & Pizza Colle are just at the road & are great. the grocery, Conad is a short walk & had everything we needed. The hill from the train is significant; there is a short cut through the park, though that helps a lot. If you are too tired to walk the hill, you can wait 15 minutes & take the bus to the grocery before coming back & then the walk is flat. We had a few minor issues while we were there, Alessa handled them VERY quickly & in a friendly & helpful way.
