Monthly Rentals in Menton

What a beautiful apartment and location. Once we made our way to the apartment from the train station (Carnoles), Marco was waiting for us and showed us around the apartment. Apart from the sunrise over the water every morning, you are literally steps from everything that Menton and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin has to offer. Food shopping, cafes, restaurants, and Coco Fruits are just up the street (Av. Aristide Briand). And just a 15 min. walk along Av. du General de Gaulle and you are in the center of Menton. The Carnoles train station is also a 15 min. walk away. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are top notch. The bed is very comfortable and we love falling asleep to the sound of waves. There are even beach chairs for taking to the beach (5 min. walk) should you decide to go for a swim (doable even in February). Any questions we had were answered by the hosts within minutes and they were always available.

The space was spotless and completely looks like the listing. Hosting adds a huge plus, they are responsive, caring, and they give tips to make our stay enjoyable! The accommodation is in a great location, close to the sea, the train station and amenities. I would highly recommend it! And thank you again to the hosts:)

We stayed in Céline's apartment for a week and we felt at home from the first moment. The apartment is located in an elegant building and it is cozy and tastefully decorated, there was everything you need for a longer stay. The location right on the sea is fantastic, we enjoyed the view very much. Nearby there is a fantastic bakery, the market hall and all the shops you need are just nearby, as is the picturesque old town. We hope to come back soon.

Perfect on all points. Very nice location close to the beach, shops, and Menton, within walking distance of the promenade. Damien is very responsive and friendly. In addition, we took advantage of the restaurant addresses offered and we were not disappointed with the 3 selected. The apartment is very nice, tastefully decorated, functional, and a plus, parking is available. Recommended.
