Monthly Rentals in Mellach

We had a great time at Armin’s place. It is in a great location only five minutes walk from the old town and in a nice quiet area. The apartment is modern and spacious. Armin was a great host always responding to any questions. Would recommend if visiting Graz!

Christian was friendly and helpful from the start. He sent detailed instructions on how to find and enter the place. We were with a car so I cant really comment on public transport but there were multiple supermarkets in walking distance and neirbourhood was quite. Christian and his place were some of the best parts of our trip. I cant imagine not having a place his to rest, after all the driving, walking and experiencing Air Power 24.

The perfect place for a few days away. The apartment is equipped with everything your heart desires. The place is designed with a lot of love for detail. The hosts are super friendly and flexible. I'd love to come back.

A very nice apartment, bright and you immediately feel comfortable. The location is excellent, right in the city. Verena was also immediately on hand, you could always write to her. Would definitely book again.
