Monthly Rentals in Melendugno

A wonderful stay! The home and its surroundings are beautiful. The spaces inside and outside are beautiful - it’s the perfect mix of old world charm & modern amenities. The kitchen was great to use - we made many delicious meals. The living room with the very comfortable sofa and wood fireplace quickly became a family favorite. The beds are very comfortable and we loved the shutters on the windows which allowed for complete blackout which was great. We would love to stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Great stay, Pietro was very kind and helpful, he met us both at check-in (our flight was late and we arrived at the house around midnight) and during check-out. She recommended places and restaurants to see. The house is functional, also equipped with a beautiful garden! The only thing I can say is that the bedroom is a little warm and the fan circulates little air. For the rest, the accommodation is also located in a very convenient location

I was in Melendugno for a course, only 4 days with some free time to go to the beach. Annamaria is very nice, she was very considerate to make me feel good, with very good suggestions for various events in the area and tips on transportation and places. She was extremely flexible with departure times, when I was in trouble with the shuttle to the airport she adapted with so much kindness to my needs. I had a great time in the house, it's spacious, quiet and clean, you immediately feel at home. I was so sorry to leave, and I hope to be back soon.

Everything about it is excellent The accommodation is easy to find and very well located in the center of Melendugno with a beautiful terrace. Fluvio welcomed us with taralli, a specialty of Puglia, and advised us on restaurants in the area as well as things to do. Really perfect. And the geographical location of the place is perfect for exploring Salento. Thanks again
