Overall is good for my stay. A bit challenge for those carrying big luggage 🧳 like myself to climb the narrow stairs… Highly recommended for those likes to walk around as mall just next door…

I had an amazing stay at this studio apartment! The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The modern interior made it feel cozy and luxurious at the same time. The location is unbeatable, with direct access to a mall, which was incredibly convenient. The host was exceptional—super friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. With great facilities like a swimming pool and kids’ playground, this place truly offers a 5-star experience. Highly recommended!

Perfect, a modern and beautiful apartment in the center of Medan, next to the train station. Everything like the photos, clean, lots of furnitures. Access to the mall, pools, gym… If you have a problem Hartojo is very responsive and the problem will be solved fastly.

Great host and really good apartment. Easy check in and super responsive host. Apartment is close to Brastagi supermarket and nice coffee shops close by. Will stay again for sure. Thanks
