Awesome host, very responsive. Cabin was great and provided all we needed! Very clean! We will be back for sure, we enjoyed our stay at this peaceful place.

Beautiful home and setting. The home was comfortable with all the amenities you could hope for. The pond was awesome! We had a wonderful weekend and hope to come back again!

Setting was beautiful! Loved the hot tub on the porch and the views were stunning. Host was very nice, breakfast was awesome each morning, enjoyed the privacy. I would return for another stay anytime

Absolutely loved our experience! Hot tub worked well, sitting out back was so serene and peaceful, saw lots of wildlife in the area. Home itself is clean and cozy, we enjoyed watching movies by the fire.

This cabin was a perfect weekend getaway. It was pretty private and the trails and creek were lovely. The hot tub was nice to relax in and the location of the cabin made it easy to visit some local wineries. We hope to be back soon!

William was amazing to work with, house was absolutely beautiful! There wasn’t any corners cut in finishes in the house as well. Really clean, comfortable bed and just all around perfect!

Place was great. Zoe, the outdoor cat was adorable and friendly. Just make sure if you are following your gps you look for the sign by the road!

Katie is the ultimate host and her cabin was the perfect place to relax and hang out. This was our second stay to celebrate an occasion and it did not disappoint, just like the first stay. She has thought of absolutely everything to relax and unwind, as well as have fun, with games and the jacuzzi. It is the nicest jacuzzi we have ever used. She is friendly and responsive and offered the recommendation of a local art and coffee shop which was a perfect suggestion for us. Her cabin is private and beautiful surrounded by land and woods. We saw deer the first stay and enjoyed her dogs as we asked to pet them when they were outside. We would highly recommend! It is the perfect getaway spot!

Went here for my friends 21st and loved the peacefulness and tranquility this place brought. It was great hearing the river flowing at night going to sleep. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a weekend with spectacular view. The SheShed was just right for our little get away. It’s very cozy and everything there that you need. Bed linens were nice and soft and bathroom shower was spotless. We will definitely return.

Great place. Just beautiful, front deck has a great view and was fun to just hang out at the cabin. So close to Hanging Rock too. It was perfect.

Great place to take in nature and relax for an evening with my young family on our way to the east coast for spring break. No negatives, really nice atmosphere and extremely well put together and clean cabin. 5 stars!

What an amazing stay! Such a cozy cabin and warm ambience. From cozying up inside by the fire to sipping coffee on the porch it was the relaxing stay that I so desperately needed. The porch is expansive and has extremely comfortable rockers, the bed upstairs with the soft lighting at night is romantic and relaxing, and the property was really enjoyable to walk around. The host was friendly and very responsive. I had a wonderful time with my fur babies and would definitely come back.

This is the 5th time I've stayed at this cabin, and I sincerely LOVE this place!!! My sister and I got to enjoy an inverse snow-globe experience on our stay...although I wouldn't advise anyone without really good 4WD to attempt it in the winter, it was an absolutely dream stay for my birthday!!!! Hosts were on point with everything as usual, and I can't thank them more for maintaining such a wonderful little oasis!!!

The bunkhouse is the perfect place to disconnect from the busy world and take in the quietude of the woods (but still close enough to town to shop, eat, etc). Caroline has thought of everything, lots of little touches in the place to be cozy and comfortable.

This cute little cabin in the meadow was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. We spent a day hopping around all the local wineries (with delicious Italian-esque wines) and another day hiking up Pilot Mountain and down by the Bean Shoals of the Yadkin River. Coming back each evening to the peace that was this cabin made the trip all the better. Thank you to Andrea for sharing your hidden PEACE of nature with us!

This was exactly what I needed. The cabin was easy to find for how peaceful it was. It is not too far from town so making stops at local stores and restaurants was a quick trip up the road. Unfortunately the blue ridge parkway was closed during our visit but I was shocked to see when leaving the property we were only two right turns from it. It is in such a great location, tucked away but not too far from everything. The cabin itself was just as the pictures showed, there was plenty of space to stretch out in between our planned activities. You can tell the cabin was well maintained and kept clean. The recommendations left on the counter in the kitchen for local restaurants served us well, as well as the maps left us in a great spot for choosing our daily adventures! All in all when I plan on coming back up to the area I will definitely be checking here to see if the cabin is available again so that I know I have somewhere safe, secure, and private in the area to rest my head.

It’s no wonder Patty & Tom have such stellar reviews! Their cabin is one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in! Close to all Floyd has to offer, everything was meticulously thought of: fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets, water & snacks, and little touches -as a woman I really appreciated. I worked from the cabin the entire week, as the desk was the perfect spot to hold meetings and enjoy the view of the snow falling as well as the fireplace in the living room. Our bedroom was cozy, the period furniture all about the cabin adding a sense of whimsy. Each evening we cooked in the spacious, well equipped kitchen and enjoyed our meals at the dining room table. Best of all, Patty and Tom are gracious, kind, and the kind of hosts that Airbnb should strive for. We look forward to visiting Patty, Tom, and the Cabin again!

This was perfect location 10 min away to hike pilot mountain. And short ride to visit mt. Airy and JOLO winery. The hosts were very responsive, accommodating and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

Just as described. Cabin was very private. It was spacious and though not updated with modern appliances and decor, (it is as pictured) that is part of the charm. This is a true vintage cabin that gives you a place to relax and enjoy nature. Our host was very kind and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again.

The Floyd EcoVillage cabin was the perfect fit for me. I needed a peaceful place to decompress, but wanted to be close to town for restaurants, etc. It was cozy, quiet, comfortable, and convenient--exactly what I needed!

Love this little place hidden in the woods, away from the hustle and bustle. Quiet and comfy, perfect location to just BE. February weather being what it is, we spent most of our time indoors with a fire in the cozy woodstove. Our original plan was for me to spend days in town for an assignment but when it fell through, well, the change in plans was everything I didn't know I needed. Our communication was fabulous - very responsive and helpful with all of my questions.

Cozy and clean and the pics really don’t convey how adorable the cabin is. It’s the perfect combo of rustic away from it all with modern convenience. How quickly and hot the water got was much appreciated after miles of hiking. The host was quick to respond and very pleasant, even reached out to let me know the cabin was ready early. I’d recommend this place without hesitation.
