Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in McGregor

We needed this apartment for family when other family visited. It worked out great and Ashley was very kind to extend a late check out when my husband got the checkout time wrong and needed an extension to pack up. She was quick to respond to messages sent through Airbnb and patient with me as I was fairly new to using this rental website. I would recommend Ashley's place if you are visiting family in the area yet want your own space to relax. Also to see Ft. Myers and all it has to offer this place is perfect as the price is right, parking is free, and beaches as well as our beautiful downtown river area are just a short drive away. Great place with all of the amenities needed for a perfect weekend away. Pickle ball, bocce, cornhole, basketball, heated pool and amazing workout facility. Has everything needed to enjoy your time in the sun. A great oasis

Our family had a fantastic stay at the strawberry daiquiri. Everyone felt right at home, we were a quick 5 min walk to the beach and there were so many items provided that made our beach experiences perfect! If we were to have a beach house of our own, this is the style and the location for the beach house we would want. In the evenings, hanging out in the house was perfect as the climate control was easy for us to use making everyone comfortable, including our toddler while he slept. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Fort Myers Beach. I know our family will certainly be back and we are already looking forward to it. If we were to chose anywhere else to stay, it would be at another property by Sara and Goltz Enterprise.

Angel's apartment was ideal for our vacation in Ft. Myers. The kitchen was very well equipped and the apartment was spacious. It is located on a busy street, and thus we experienced traffic noise, but we soon got used to it and slept well every night. We greatly appreciate that he let us store our bicycles in the apartment. It was fun to ride them into downtown Ft. Myers, and there are bike lanes and quiet streets everywhere, just perfect for riding and getting out for some exercise!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is roomy. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. It's close to everything on Pine Island, and the area is very walkable. Sharon is very proactive, and gives lots of practical information in the check in instructions. We stay in a lot of Airbnbs, and this was one of my favorites in a long time.

Lovely place—enjoyed the screen porch and the patio on the canal. Lots of light in the space. Very responsive hosts! Kitchen was well equipped.

5 star rental! Very quiet area and lots of privacy. Todd’s place is superb! Very comfortable furnishings. Tastefully decorated. The pool and surrounding area was very relaxing. Excellent communication with Todd. It exceeded our expectations in every way! Close to restaurants and bridge to Fort Myers. A delightful vacation! Glad we stayed here at Todd’s pool paradise.

Perfect time at Blue Abaco! Lovely villa, clean and comfortable, with everything you could need - real home away from home. Plenty space for our family of 4. Everyone enjoyed pool overlooking waterway! Vesteva Vacation Rentals great with communication too. Within easy driving distance - 5 mins- of local shops/restaurants. So could comfortably walk to shops too. Only short drive to Cape Coral Water Park - about 10 mins and about 20/30 minute drive to lovely Fort Myers beach. Located in quiet neighbourhood so really relaxing. Would highly recommend and would certainly do a return visit

My friends and I (three of us) very much enjoyed staying at Juan’s home for a week. The location is great. It is approximately 7 miles to Ft. Myers’s beach and same distance to downtown. There was a lot to do and see in the area. I highly recommend this AirBnB and would stay again if returning to the area.

The house is beautiful and very comfortable for larger groups. We enjoyed the open floor plan which made congregating for group discussions around meals very easy and enjoyable. The sea shore decor is well done and the back patio/poolside is relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking your own meals to save money. Check-in and out was very easy, and we had no need to ask for help during our stay. I will definitely repeat our stay and recommend it for anyone.

We arrived near midnight so house was hard to find due to no lights on house or street to see numbers. There are two almost identical addresses. One is W and one is SW. Be sure you don't confuse them because they are both on a corner with identical cross streets. I would suggest adding some lamps and additional furniture in bedrooms to put clothes or luggage. Even a luggage rack would have helped. We had to put luggage on floor and dig thru each time to find clothes. A chest or even table would have been nice. There needs to be a place to hang wet towels in bathrooms. Had to hunt for batteries for remotes since some were missing. The house fit our purposes but it felt uncomfortable at night with the glass front doors being see thru from the street but you could not see the street from the inside. Looks like the coating was put on backwards. Overall we enjoyed our stay because it was close to where we were going. Jasmine quickly answered any questions I had.

Host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. If someone is looking for a great place to stay at a good price I would recommend this home.

It is very peaceful, quiet and clean! The house has all the essentials. Hot tub and the outside shower are a plus! The bird sounds are amazing! I used it to relax and have a peaceful time. It works great!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was roomy and nicely furnished. There were many amenities. The beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the lanai where we could have our morning coffee and evening cocktails.

This place is lighter and breezier than it appears in the photos. Very relaxing. It has two windows that look out on the beach, which starts maybe 200 feet from the back door. The beach in front is about half a mile south of where the busier, bar and party stretch starts. The beach stretches about 4 miles in the other direction. The place in really good shape, which seems kind of miraculous when you see what Hurricane Ian did to all the surrounding properties. When we were there Fort Meyers Beach was still very much in recovery from the 2022 Hurricane. Most of the beach-front properties were empty or just gone. All that makes the area very peaceful at night, but congested with contractors during the day. A lot of the old business are gone, but there's a new grocery story a mile and half south, and good restaurants just across the bridge on San Carlos Island.

Everything was perfect. We appreciated the self check-in. The condo was super clean and smelled fresh. No weird smells. There was everything we needed and even more. Cathy really thinks about her guests and what they may need during their stay. The condo is roomy and comfortable for two couples. It was way better than getting two hotel rooms. The screened in porch is also nice and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location and very functional condo. Has everything you need including bikes, even kids/baby items. Perfect for a family to make memories ans enjoy the beach. The smart tv was nice to stay in and watch a movie at night. Great views! We even saw the pelicans swoop by condo every night headed over the mangroves towards the bay. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed riding the bikes on the side streets checking out the local homes nearby on the canals. Grill was perfect and easy to use for dinner. We loved the beach and the wildlife, bird area. It’s truly the best condo to stay at on FMB. We will definitely be back every year. Already looking to rebook this condo for our next vacation. It truly has everything you need to cook and make memories with your family. Wonderful stocked condo.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Conrad's place. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

This was my second stay at Rose’s place. It was just as lovely as the first time. Her place is spotless and such a perfect location. It is decorated so cute in beachy style. Love it!
