only thing is there was like 1 laundry tab 1 dish tab 2 trash bags they want ya 2 clean up but nothing 2 do it with .....so it wasnt provided an it was waterer down this dish soap an laundry soap had water in them as someone had refilled the bottles an its was only $1 tree items 2 began with so make sure you have extra or go shopping otherwise everything was WONDERFUL peaceful spacious it was a great time had 2 weird times someone i think the owner came an stopped by 2 xs. an was watching us on the Camaras was a lil weird if i must say please let people know your stopping by before you peep your head around the corner even if your staying a few houses down

My flight out of Fort Myers was delayed by a day due to weather, and I ended up staying the night here. Caitie & Erik’s place was wonderful—comfortable, clean, and exactly what I needed after a long day of travel disruptions. They were great hosts and made the unexpected stay feel easy and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Stayed for 5 nights with husband, 2 kids ages 11 and 12 along with Grandparents for a relaxing Spring Break getaway. The house was beautiful. Kitchen contained everything needed to make meals. Was great to have a washer and dryer. House is located close to beach and shopping. The highlight for us was the hours spent in beautiful backyard. The spa and pool were amazing! There is a covered area by pool where we ate many meals and played card games. Eric was very responsive whenever we had had a question.

We loved the house and how peaceful the neighborhood is. Great location near many restaurants and shopping, but still had a quiet stay. I would recommend having a rental car. The house was very clean and pictures are accurate. We enjoyed the lanai with comfortable seating, pool and hot tub. I would stay here again.

We had an incredible week in this lovely, inviting, relaxing slice of paradise!! Responsive and friendly hosts, lovely landscaping, private lanai with nice chaise lounge chairs and waterfall hot tub and pool! We were outside enjoying it every day. Comfortable sitting areas, beds, kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and pans we needed to make several meals. Location was great for walks. It exceeded expectations each day! Look forward to returning someday! Thanks again Connie and Dale!!

Melanie's place was very clean and conveniently located to each place we wanted to go! We enjoyed the views of the canal and even saw a few local critters (turtles birds and an iguana). The hot tub was nice to relax in each evening. Thank you!

Enjoyed this just as much as the first time we stayed here. If we come back down this way we will definitely book Lis & Tim's place.

Great vacation at Mikes! (Again!) Very nice home in a very nice neighborhood with a very nice pool and hot tub. We have rented from Mike a few times and honestly, I would never rent in Florida from anyone else. The property is as advertised and anything you might need is one text message away. I Highly recommend this house as well as any of Mike’s other properties. The peace of mind, knowing that if you have a question, it will be answered, if you have a glitch, it will be fixed, and that the house will be spotless, is priceless.

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

Very niece location with easy walk to great restaurants. This home was private and well taken care of. Very kind hosts who were accommodating. Loved the private patio area.

This is an incredible house. The location is perfect and private. We had our little pug with us and it was exactly what we needed. The pool is warm and clean and very enjoyable as the sun goes down. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen well appointed. I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and this is one of the best. If you’re looking for a rental just book this one. You won’t be disappointed.

The house and location was beautiful. Exactly as described, the pictures are very accurate. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean the whole place was, inside as well as outside. My husband had a good time talking to Sven when checking in. We spent every night and meal out by the pool/ patio area, very relaxing and a beautiful view of the canal. I got a kick out of the neighbors turtle dock, there are tons of turtles in the canals.

We didn’t want to leave! Such a great house and location. It had everything we needed, including all kitchen ware. It was so nice being able to go up to Whole Foods & Trader Joe’s close by to cook at the house. The pool and screened in porch were so lovely. We’d definitely stay here again.

Ben's place was great. It had all the things we needed. There was a misunderstanding with a travel crib, but I reached out and he brought one within 30 minutes. The house was very cozy and comfortable.

Such a relaxing place to be. Beautiful home, pool was awesome, fishing in the canal, quiet/safe neighborhood, and so close to anything you need. Cape Coral may not be the most exciting town, but if you’re looking to chill out (and skip the traffic like most everywhere else in FL) and just enjoy the weather it’s exactly that. Irina was an awesome host and we’d absolutely come back.

The location was absolutely perfect- super easy walk into town to grab lunch and dinner, and super easy walk to beach- and the cute little beach bars with music. The back patio was right on the canal and perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place if coming to FMB.

The place was nice. The only frustrating part was not having a washer and dryer for a few days and was stressing on our vacation about it. The host did let me know a few days before our stay and said it would be fixed. We got there on the 20th and it finally got fixed on the 24th. Other than that bump in our vacation everything was good. I’m just thankful Patricia was on top of it. The pool was cold when we got there but she told us how to heat it up and it was so nice to swim in a warm pool at night. My kids and I caught a stingray, catfish and a couple other ones on the canal. Got some shrimp a few miles away. We also saw a dolphin swim by! It was really relaxing sitting by the pool watching the boats go by in the morning. We are about 30 mins to Fort Myers. It depends on the traffic. There is everything you need with in a few miles. If you want a good pasta place to go check out TWO MEATBALLS IN THE KITCHEN. We loved that place!

We love this place! Stayed here twice and will be back again. Has everything you need, is clean and has a great pool & patio! Virginia is responsive with any questions and very sweet. Recommend this place 100%!

This house was perfect for our family vacation, it had everything in it, that you could possibly need especially the kitchen and the pool area I have never seen such a well-stocked kitchen, and the grandkids loved all the pool toys and accessories We are definitely going to make this our yearly vacation designation !!!!

A beautiful location, very quiet neighborhood, yet within 1.5 miles of a large supermarket and drugstores. Pictures are very accurate of the home. We loved the outdoor pool area/lanai. There was an issue with the pool filter causing the pool to become too cold for swimming during the last few days, which was unfortunate for us, but that was not the hosts' fault, and they were very responsive, within minutes. The home as a very comfortable layout with several large sitting areas inside, as well as a very large lanai area. Kitchen is well equipped with everything we could need. We did not use the grill, but there was one available. We had an issue with the smoke detectors and, again, a simple text to our hosts brought immediate response and remedy. Alexina and her husband are lovely and very responsive. I would recommend this beautiful spot and we would return on our next trip to Cape Coral.

We found Keven's home very comfortable and enjoyable to spend our Christmas in. The boats with Christmas lights and Santa was an added treat. His kitchen had all we needed to prepare our meals. We enjoyed swimming in the pool when we weren't out exploring the area. We enjoyed our stay greatly.

The stay was amazing. The house is amazing, as shown in the pictures. The hosts are very reactive and helpfull. The pool is huge with a breath taking lake view. We enjoyed our stay and it was the best Abnb we stayed at in the area in the last 3 years. Absolutely recommended.

Tom's place is beautifully furnished, comfortable, and spacious. It has everything you need to prepare meals. We used the pool everyday. Living on the canal was peaceful and relaxing. Tom is a great host and very responsive. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning next year.

This place was perfect! Walk to the beach or just lay by the pool in the backyard. Walking distance to the bars/restaurants down by the bridge or take the free tram. Love FMB!
