I had a very comfortable stay here and found everything I needed to feel at home. The location is wonderfully convenient, with tram stations and the Hauptbahnhof just a short walk away, as well as several grocery stores nearby. Clemens, the host is friendly, responsive, and eager to assist with any questions or issues I had. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Beautiful condo on the Danube bike path

Franz apartment is close to Linz (reachable by car in 20 minutes) and at the same time in the immediate vicinity of the Danube. It is clean, quiet and very spacious for two people. The equipment is good and a carport offers parking facilities for CARS and bikes. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

The apartment was very well maintained, modernly furnished and offered everything you need for a relaxed and relaxing vacation. The kitchen area was well equipped and very clean, the same can also be said for the bathroom. The outdoor area was extremely beautiful and well maintained with comfortable seating. The location itself was quiet and offers plenty of walks.
